    I have used them for a couple of times and have not had any problem with them. I ordered the Yamaha luggage rack for the RSV that was back ordered. after waiting three months it finally shipped. The sales manager call to verify that I received it and apologized again. the problem is with Yamaha supporting your rides.

    This is where I started too. My wife and I started looking in November last year and finally found what we wanted in May. We sat on everything we could find HDs, Wings, Valkyrie,and the Venture was the most comfortable for the two of us. We are both large and everything else seamed cramped. We picked up the bike out of state and drive it home, the only issue is it gets up to 80 mph very fast if you don't watch it. We have gone on two long trips and are very happy with it. I have not had any mechanical problems, I think we have but 6000 miles on it this year. Joel

    before you run off the to store get some penetrating oil on the bolt, give it several hours to work, WD-40 is a good start if you don't have penetrating oil. Joel

    Glad you posted this I think mine is shifting weird. just purchased it 2 weeks ago. I will check it out tonight after work. It could be that it is just different feel from my other ride

    I have work on aircraft for 22 years total, commuter and large airline. with the problems in the airline business. I also have gotten ASE Cert. just in case there is a lock on the gate one day.
