  3. Just had a similar exp. withe American Moto Access. was looking at an accs. for my bike, went thru the whole process of adding to cart and checkout, when I saw what shipping and handling was going to be, I decided against buying and canceled the order, got a nice email from them wondering why I canceled, I explained I thought the shipping was excessive, they offered a much cheaper alternative if I was interested. I took the deal and bought the acces. Cant say enuff about how well they handled things. Craig

  5. About 400 miles from Buffalo, would be a nice fall ride, it would be great to meet you. Bongobob could give you a little more info, he just made the ride last week. Craig
  6. I just lined it up with the gas tank fill hole, the other 2 holes are covered with the shroud, so its no biggie if they are off alittle. I removed the clip for the intercom wire. it is tight, but once you get it on its ok. Unless of course there is no way it will fit, in which case it may be defective and should be returned. Good luck, Craig
  7. I could do either sat or sun. on those weekends, so lets see who is interested. Craig

  15. I bought the nuvi 750 for the same reasons, plus bigger screen (old eyes) the ram cradle for mine replaces that snap in ball mount, with a screw in type, then the ram arm tightens up on that ball pretty good, if its tight I doubt if it could pop off, but I also wondered about the tether as there doesnt seem to be any place to fasten it?? We were on some pretty bumpy roads today and mine did just fine. Craig

It was perfect from start to finish lots of time to BS at the meeting place, the weather was amazing, nice ride to the diner, good food served up quick. Went for a nice 2 hr ride on some of the smoothest roads in Pa:rasberry: Stopped at a great little farm for homemade Ice cream, and witnesssed a beautiful outdoor wedding overlooking the Susq. river. Special thanks to Randy for all his work in putting this together, and thanks to all who came and supported this event. We will definetly do it again. Craig:clap2:

  25. One week to go. Here’s the final plan… I have a confirmed list of 24 people on 16 bikes. If you haven't already, please shoot me an email if you would like to jon us! The Brown Cow won’t be able to take us as they have a large reservation next Saturday. We are going to meet at Rutter’s gas station and convenience store between 11:00 and noon (2600 Delta Rd, Brogue , PA 17309 Location A on Map). I will be there at 11:00. Anyone who needs to can fuel up, use restroom, etc. Kickstands up at 12:00 noon sharp. We will ride about 20 minutes south to Delta Family Restaurant (5978 Delta Road – Location B on Map). We’ll Eat & Meet there. (Isn’t that what this is about anyway?) Anyone coming up from the south can go straight there if they choose. The restaurant is on the north side of a traffic circle. When we are ready to hit the road, we will go south to Route 1 in Maryland and then East on Route 1. The next turn is north on US 222 to PA 372. We will go north on River Road (I’ll try not to miss my turn this time!). This is a narrow winding road I hope everyone enjoys it. In Columbia, we will cross back over the Susquehanna to PA 624 South. We will end at Lauxmont Farm Bakery and Ice Cream. I think since most or maybe all of us have CBs, we will not worry so much about getting separated. If we do, we’ll communicate and improvise a catch up point. There aren’t too many controlled intersections but there are some. We are bound to get split up eventually. I will maintain posted speed limits at the front of the group. Craig – Maybe you can ride somewhere in the middle of the pack and lead a second group if we get separated? Tom – if you are still willing to bring up the rear, that would be great. I hope this works!! I have never led a group this size before. Please bear with me!!
