Well we had a good time. My niece didn't want to ride or sit on the bike. But she did have her cast off and was walking. We got to see her everyday we were there. Margaret

I didn't get to go to this event, time doesn't always allow us to make everything unfortunately. One thing I can say is no matter what event seems to be planned with this group it's always an amazing time. Whether one of the rally's, meet and eat, or just having a meal or a cup of coffee it's always a great time. We may not agree on religion, politics or any number of other topics that cause arguments but we don't let that get in the way. We share an enjoyment of riding and eating and just having a good time. Too bad everyone doesn't ride a bike and have a group of friends like this to hang out with. What a wonderful world it would be then. Margaret

OK finally got the t-shirt design. This isn't exactly how it's gonna look they'll fix up the pics we used and get rid of the outside stuff. We used the SS bike on the front and we put Squids new bike on the back. Since he did all the work on the SS bike we thought it only appropriate. Cost will be $20 per shirt at this point. Need sizes from those who want a T-shirt by the 19th. They said two weeks to deliver but last time we ordered it was more like a 8 days. Might be longer with more shirts, but no longer then 2 wks. There's a poker run in VA on the 13th, Sunday. Registration from 9:30 - 11:30 starts at the Lazy Horse, Cedar Rd in Chesapeake. Registration $10 and if you're two up it'll be $20. This is a fundraiser for a 4 yr old girl who has a brain tumor. The proceeds go to the medical expenses. I know what you mean when we lived in Portsmouth VA we had a power outage. Seems a big limb came down and power was out for a long time due to the fact that the power company and the city couldn't come to a decision on who was to cut the branch up. Took a few hours for them to figure it out. Glad the tree didn't hit anything important. Margaret

Ok guys how about a giant leap forward in plane design and engines. Check this place out and click on current projects and go down to the LAPCATA2 pretty interesting. Goes faster then planes now and runs on hydrogen. They've been up to Niagra already. I understand they ran into some of our group heading up to Kitchner. They are on there way back now. I'm sure Gene will have plenty to tell us all when he gets home. Margaret
