Earlier in another post I said i was gonna make Dale some Banana desert today......well dont tell I snuck a corner out of it...just to make sure it was edible:whistling: Maybe I will tell him it didnt turn out good....... anyways i call it "Banana Lush"....... I used my chocolate Lush recipe and tranformed it into "banana" Graham Cracker Crust 1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers 1/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. melted margarine press in 13 x 9 pan and cool in fridge Cream Cheese layer 2 pks softened cream cheese 2 c. powdered sugar 2 c. cool whip mix all together with mixer and spread over crust chill while mixing next layer Banana Layer I covered the cream cheese layer with a thick layer of sliced bananas - i used about 3 small bananas. 3 c. milk 2 pkg instant banana pudding mix well and pour over sliced bananas top the entire desert with cool whip ( better get a large container of cool whip to have enough) sprinkle a few graham cracker crumbs on top to dress it up ! I do believe he is gonna love it........

Wooooooooooo Friggin hoooooooooooo! I finally fixed the ghost in the raido, thanks to Gunboat! It wasn't the connections, now soaked in di-electric grease. It wasn't the MCU, though I was beginning to think, it was. It wasn't, me! It was, the friggin Radio/amp itself!!! Ironically, the local dealership pin-pointed that at the first visit... Oh man, it's so cool, the MP3 even works too! I replaced the radio/amp and voila, it all worked. Gunboat, please respond soon as you can, so I can $paypal your money. I can't seem to find your emails lately. To all, "Gunboat" sent me his radio, free of charge, without ever meeting me.......if it worked, I'd pay, if not..............anyhooo, just amazing. This site, the people, heartwarming. Now, if only I could get all the screws back into the back of the fairing, that'd be cool. Anyway, Semper Fi, Erich:bighug:

I am really considering putting a set of drag bars on my bike. I was wondering if anyone has done this or has seen any pics. I welcome all opinions or help that you can provide. I know that the bike is a touring bike, but there isnt any reason I cant look cool.

After a life long dream of having I finally got!! 1986 Venture Royale. Does anyone know, can tell me, will the plastic off an 83 fit on an 86? Where can I get the remote radio controls for the left handle bars? How to cure a "hard start" on cool (not really cold) mornings? Yes, as you can see, I am new to the Venture thing. But hopefully with the help of some veterans, I will be out and riding very very soon. Thanks. Ohedron42 merlin

As some of you know this summer I am making a trip from my home in Ft. Collins, Colorado to Boynton Beach ,Fl. Besides my mother worrying about me ( ya know how moms are) and wanting me to keep in contact with her, a few folks at work suggested that I should have like an "online posting" of some sort. A- to let people know where we are and the we are alright and B- to relay some of the cool stuff we might see or do or whatever. Kind of a running documentary. Would anyone be interested in follwing something like that? Goofy question I know but ya never know unless ya ask, I guess.

This is a cool website. So if your on the fence on who to vote or support for this site maybe just your answer. All you do is answer 11 questions and then see the Presidential candidate that most closely agrees with your opinion on the questions asked. It only takes a minute or two. Gave me a different perspective.......Ron http://www.wqad.com/Global/link.asp?L=259460

Last Tuesday I picked up my 2008 Ultra Peace Officer Addition. Because of the wonderful weather in northwest Ohio I have only been able to put two miles on it so far. Not nearly enough to post a comparision on the 05 RSV that I had. So here is what I think so far. I do like having all the gages in the dash tach, oil pressure, amp, this is a big plus over the RSV. The HD sits lower in the seat, but it felt harder the move around in the garage?? To remove the side bags for cleaning you simply turn two locks inside the bags and presdo they lift right off (that cool) I notice much more vibration at the grips then I expected, but it seemed to smooth out once under way. The security system is pretty cool too, the bike arms itself once you walk away with the key. I'll be sure to post more once the snow and ice lets up and I can get out and ride. I'll try to post some pick if I can figure it out. Oh ya my insurance was over $100 cheaper for 12 months!

How to remove the Windshield? 2000 XVZ 1300
Guest posted a topic in Royal Star and Royal Star Tour Deluxe Tech Talk
Hi, I really need to cut my windshield down. Couldn't see a thing in the sun and almost crashed. They should change the angle or something. Gonna get some smoked Lexan and make a cool shorty. Anyway what do I have to do remove to get the windshield off, and in what sequence? It's the full-dresser model with the retro dashboard. PKslice (AKA Geets)
