Fighting with the Guv'ment.

They might be using the manufactured date? Maybe an 04, manufactured in 03... I wouldn't worry about it.... You'll just get a headache... -
Heck, as far as pics go, I'd be happy if they just for once showed a 17 yr old tatooed picture of a man instead of the 12 yr old pic's of a child. Guess that's asking too much...

Just remember, it's probably not gas.... More likely a Shart!

First off, did Condor put you up to this? Seriously though, When you squeeze the clutch in at speed, does the whining stop? if so it's the clutch basket as Joe stated it can be replaced. but first, What weight oil are you running?... mine was louder with 10-40 and whine virtually went away with 20-40 Whats weird is that the whine seems to manifest itself at dissimular speed ranges on different bikes. Mine occured between 40-50 but was never that loud. Now the E3's when turning is the loudest noise on my bike.

With scores like that it's doubtful mike will need any luck... those two officers on the other hand... Just a thought... those officers probably have to shoot what was issued to them? I've shot handguns that were definately not for me as there seemed to be no rhyme or reason to how they shot...

Anyone here make a 'hitch' Cooler or Luggage Rack?
CaptainJoe replied to LilBeaver's topic in Watering Hole
Mines a cross between Garyn's and CarbonOnes. the lights are built into a removable frame with 4 wire pigtail and use a removeable rubbermaid box to keep stuff dry. The harbor fright frames are 1 1/2 " so you'd have to adapt that down? Agree on the need for a three inch rise to prevent dragging. Would need to weld a couple light weight gussets for the three inch rise to make it stronger. IMHO As said before, you can only haul 45-50 lbs before it affects the handling of the bike. I can haul a jacket, medium size suitcase and shoes with no problems. When i get to where I'm going my luggage goes in the motel room and it frees the box up for whatever i need while exploring. If you do overload, it takes the weight off of the front tire and gets squirrely, (like an overloaded pickup truck) and that's definately not a good feeling. That being said, I've been running mine for a couple of years now and I wouldn't leave home without it... I also have a cheap $15 tall soft cooler from Wallmart that will easily hold 6 G2's and ice that the shoulder strap secures around the rear seat. -
If your going to run over a piece pf plastc or flattened aluminum can, let off the brakes entirely and just roll over it. I had a rear tire, that tried to pass my front tire when i rolled the rear over a pop can on an exit ramp. It got stuck between the tire and road because i was braking...

Personally, don't see why you couldn't just give it to him... and let it at that... Seeing as how sentimental it is to him...

The media always checks their facts before they run a story

I would have expected such for smaller abc/nbc/cbs or cnn but FOX News? Say it ain't so... even though it was just an affiliate and a small one at that... As far the intern is concerned, I agree... How could he pass up, on a stupid question like that?... What really surprises me the most about this investigation is that the foreign pilots DIDN'T HAVE TO TAKE A DRUG TEST.!!!!!! Our the FAA should change that stupid loophole yesterday... -
The Governor of Florida ordered the prosecution to try this case... I believe the prosecution knew they didn't have a case but proceed, on orders from the governors office... he did it because he knew their could be riots if he didn't do something. End result... grieving parents drug thru the coals, huge waste of taxpayer money, a man incarcerated for months. unjustly

You think this is over??? They can milk this for a week, easily and that's even if the Justice department stays out of it.... If we're going to vote on it though, how about the NFL lineup and pre-games coming up in a few weeks... Not looking very good for the Steelers...
-
Thats why the call them criminals/outlaws...lol Please, don't say NRA in the same breath as "outlaw" anything... As far as them killing each other off...I say let them have a it...there will be less of them to deal with.. The people in the NRA, and, concealed weapons holders, are law abiding citizens with no yearning to do anyone harm. In my case, I use to be a boyscout... you know, "be prepared" and all that. I believe: You are the only one, you can count on, when something goes south. To think someone else will jump in at the last minute to save your bacon, is wishful thinking...IMHO

Just in this morning: some are calling for the Justice department getting involved??? Wouldn't it have been nice, if people had come out and made the point, "After you knock someone down, if you follow them to the ground and continue the beating", you are crossing a line. If your bouncing their head off of the concrete, your attempting to do something permanent. It's common sense... Hopefully people will learn from this. I feel for the victims family... and Mr Zimmerman for having to spent all that time in jail. Hopefully... he gets compensated for it... perhaps he should sue that AP reporter that edited the 911 call in an attempt to make this a racial trial...

Just ruling.... If it had gone the other way, neighbor hood watches might have disappeared.... IMHO...

From what I hear... seatbelts and especially cell phone misuse are becoming JOB #1

He probably... and this is just a guess, pulled me over for speeding. Maybe 50 ish in a 45.. When I showed him the proper courtesy (dome lights/ good morning/paperwork and hands where he could see them) he basically left me off the hook...

On my way to work one day (5 am) I was pulled over. As I was carrying, I immediately " turned dome light on" Gabbed license and registration out of glove box, along with the large card stock concealed permit and placed my hands in the 10 and 2 o'clock portion on the steering wheel. I said, Good morning officer, how can I help you" the officer was visibily relieved, that I had taken the above actions for his consideration.. He took the license and registration cards gave them the once over and said..." just checking that you were wearing your seat belts.. Have a nice day..." It's always a good idea to help our officers out, as their job is tough enough without smart asses. Turning the dome lights on allow them instant visibility of what/who is in the vehicle.
