  2. Come on Mike, This is a family site...! Just walked thru the door. Don't feel bad Dingy, Illinois also has the suction cup base to my Garmin... Dan should be getting home around 12:30 am... Tried to get him to stay here, but he wanted to sleep in his own bed. also: Many Thanks to Rick and his wife for hosting us Saturday and to the International committee for all their hard work!
  3. If Mike brought a key lime pie, don't eat it. Take my word for it. I'll be up tomorrow to take care of it for you....
  4. Sorry folks, been busier than a one legged man in an ass kicking contest.... My 5 wire bike is converted to a 4 wire. Would like to get the trailer wired to accept 4 wire from my bike. That way i could haul with the bike, car or truck., The idea of getting prewired lights from harbor freight ... is a pretty good one as it would save time... otherwise we will just do what we need to to the trailer to get it to work. might have to miss the first night of the rally as this could be time consuming...
  5. Sounds like Jeff and I are going to be doing some cuttin...
  6. Yeah yeah I'll take pics...LOL Anyone know if they make a pigtail that goes from the 4 wire on my bike to a 6 wire round on the bunkhouse or is this something odd.??
  7. Thanks, Thing I'm gonna like about it the most is storing stuff in it, so i can just hook up and go!
  8. Sold! Just got off the phone with Don. Picking it up Sunday afternoon... Thanks Jeff... I owe you one!

  10. How does the nylon look? what size tires 8" or 12" are tires good ? Only 90 miles from rockford?? Hummmmmmmmmmmm..
  11. I'm thinking we just identified the contractor in the "would you hire him post":whistling:

  13. This is what you get, when you go with low bidder.... Now you know why every time our gov. tries to do something, they screw it up...
  14. HUb doesnt have to be removed to change tire It s a good idea to clean and grease every other tire change though.
  15. Hope not... I'll let you know in about a week....
  16. Good to know. Took it for a short spin yesterday. No whine! So far so good.
  17. Lets see... Don buys a Harley a couple days ago. The Hells Angles are having a get together in Rockford,Il. this Saturday 7/27/13. Rockford, Il. is also where Dons group is staying Saturday night. Coincidence? I pretty sure there won't be any Harley bashing in Rockford Saturday nite...
  18. Just installed the double sintered brakes on the front and the kevlar brake pads on the back from earl aka Skydoc Quite the difference. Rear isn't near as grabby, and, the front feels like they are stonger braking. As a plus, your rotors won't glaze and you dont need the SS piece on inside of front brake pads, As these pads won't squeal. :mo money:Money well spent!
  19. I just bought a John Deere 14T bailer and some baler twine... Do you think one roll will be enough?
  20. Put a gloss black stripe on her and it will look good behind the Harley or RSV?
  21. Assuming... The springs are above the axel... would say it's not heavy enough empty... I haul a 900 lb jet ski on the foldable HF trailer rated for 1200 lb and it did the same thing when empty. at 1000 lb it smoothed right out. It also never bounces with a 400 lb 4 wheeler... Some people put the axel between the spring and frame. This will take almost all shock absorbtion away and only lower trailer a few inches... and in my opinion, make it dangerous on a motorcycle. Agree with what Jeff said about hard wiring a ground. Frame grounds are nothing but headache...
  22. Big Toms and AKRefugees birthdays are today... Hummmmmm.... Coincidence??? or, just a couple of Hot Dogs.... Hey! wait just a gosh darn minute... Shouldn't this be national ICE CREAM DAY For TOM???
  23. Happy birthday Tom!...
  24. Happy birthday Kevin... May you have many more...
  25. Lo siento, no entiendo su pregunta...
