  1. Dunlop D404 WWW
  2. When you deactivate the cc a bright amber light comes on. Maybe this is what they wished to block.
  3. Only use an in/lb. torque wrench. Ft/lb torque wrenches don't work at 5.8 ft/lbs.
  4. I would think the salt brine and magnesium chloride would have something to do with it.
  5. I believe there is a commandment from God that says not to covet thy neighbors goods, buutt.
  6. 2002 RSMV and have used Dunlop D404 WWW for the last 180,000 miles. Mostly 1 up w/ trailer.
  7. So how much is enough when he is dead and his wife is critical? I have known Don a long time.
  8. http://www.salisburypost.com/ This may work. Sorry I don't do this much.
  9. Don Tilley died yesterday on a HD ride. Don owned dealerships in Salisbury and Statesville, NC. Don"s wife is in critical condition. Great people and good neighbors. RIP Don and ride hard.
  10. At 24" length, you need to use them as firewood.
  11. I like them. Good for you to come up with the idea.
  12. Your rear tire and wheel should be 15" not 16". Sorry, you were discussing a 1st gen. I assume.
  13. Don't go with the chrome unit. It reflects into the windscreen.
  14. I also run the Dunlop D404 www. I have run them since the OEM Bridgestones crapped out. I now have 191,000 miles on my 02 RSMV. Enough said.
  15. Depends on the length of the pieces and their dimensions, if they are 4x4 and ten feet or better they would make great support posts for a deck, garage, yard awning for cookouts or whatever your mind comes up with.
  16. Yes, you did right. I only installed one Barnett for a buddy and that was the problem I encountered. PCW and Skydock use about the same plates as Yamaha and work simpler.
  17. Or you can go to PCWracing.com or Barnett Clutches. I have installed all of these for myself and others and all are very good. You do NOT need new clutch discs. And if your pressure plates are not burned (blue tint) then all you need are new and stronger clutch springs. Skydock supplies a quality product.
  18. That wood is for building and if you use it for fire wood the elves of the forest will take up residence in your attic. Now I for one would be inclined to purchase said wood for a nominal amount. That is if you deliver it.
  19. I have a buddy with a Road Sofa off an 06. He sold the bike but kept the seat. I may have to ask him about it and put it on the classifieds here.
  20. Now lets hope for a new Venture in 2015 even though I doubt Yamaha will come through so soon I don't see another Venture. Polaris has so many touring bikes that even the big HD is suffering with reduced production because of Polaris (Victory and Indian) and of course Honda dominates the market.
  21. Good question! The wattage is high but.. is that the wattage consumed or the wattage delivered. Big difference. If you look at PIAA light advertising the state 60/55 consumed but 110/100 output. Just install it and try it out. If you don't have a volt meter, you may want to get one.
  22. I have at this moment ten full cans of Seafoam on the shelf. I use it in the late fall in my tractor, four mowers, 1100 SE, 02' Venture, generator, chain saws, trimmers, pressure washer, and if it gets cold enough I use it for my cereal.
  23. The civil suit will hopefully help the injured way beyond the ticket.
  24. I have over 190,000 on my 02 RSMV with same front bearings. The rear was changed when I bought a rear wheel and tire on this sight six years ago. I polished the aluminum on the used wheel and replaced the bearings since I did not know how they were treated.
