Our hearts were broken and sadness filled the air,

when we heard our Yammer Dan would not be there.

Tears fell from sky and shock set in,

as the story was told time and again.

We waited and prayed - about you we did share,

until each one of us knew, your life He did spare.

Now its heal time our friend, it will come with good rest,

as for all us here, we send you our best!!!

 

Dan, this first video of Gary and Mary is one I had missed in the original thread here from Sunday - it does not have the opening label of "Get Well Yammer Dan" and has a standard youtube label instead - MY MISTAKE brother!! If I have others I havent found yet (you know how MD is, just a blur and my SD card proves it) I will post them at the TOP of the list for your viewing!! Get well brother!! Again, @Gary N. - sorry about the oversight on my part!!

I want to personally thank ALL of you for participating in this video card for Dan - you folks are amazing!! A greater bunch of people there has never been!! As a reward for your willingness to help with this, I give to you the memories of each other during that great time we all had down at Don's - to help with those memories, you now have at your fingertips all the names tied to faces and hometowns of all your VR brothers and sisters who attended Freebird's 2015 Maintenance Day in Oberlin Ohi

Wow Puc,,, two birds with one stone,,, glad to have on board,,,, I'm sure Yammer will want to see each one, and each one will give him a lift.

Warden here! WOW just WOW. this is so awesome thank you for doing this. I did laugh a lot so hopefully he doers not see it until he heals some laughing and broke ribs do not go together well. LOVE IT!! tears and laughter are good medicine :happy65: You guys are the best!

I for one am GLAD we could do it Mrs. Warden but truly wish it was under different circumstances. Want you to know its Prayers Up for you too as that Hubby of yours will probably need to be taken care of for a while.. You folks need anything PLEASE dont be afraid to get on here and mention it - lots of folks around ready to help.. Give Dan

a hug for me and tell him its all gonna work out..

why can't I see the videos? just blank squares with a circle in them. Do I need to do something to view them. tried on lap top and desk top computers.

Also wanted to mention in response to all the "Thanks Pucs" connected with this thread, ya'll are more than welcome - figured it was the least I could do for my brother who is hurting. Sides that, it was Maintenance Day ya know, friendship maintenance is just as (more than) important as motorcycle maintenance in my weird way of thinking!!:big-grin-emoticon:

So,, long as we are gathered around the campfire here, wanna hear a story about all this? I know ya do:stickinouttounge:

I had to run into Oberlin to find a new SD card and some batteries for my camera to be able to record all you long winded critters. Now I aint much for directions, more of a, as Dan would put it, CTFWer by nature.. Rode in and found Walmart fairly easily,, down right proud of my great sense of direction.. Then it came time to find my way back to Don's.. Well,, there was this one little bridge that kept getting in my way,, I think I crossed that bridge at least 8 times before I finally found you guys!! I swear I thought to myself that all you good friends of mine had discovered my absence and packed up and left me - I was skeerd.. Gotta say that I was never so happy to see my little 20 dollar Menards tent in my life cause I only had my pretty blue shorts with me and I wasnt sure those things would stretch out for a blanket to sleep under behind a dumpster when it got dark.:big-grin-emoticon:

Looking for Raggies and now yours here Gary - THANK YOU for letting me know!! I do remember catching you folks but I am still not sure I was able to catch that wiley Raggie rabbit! I was in a big hurry while trying to get the "card" up as I had been told he was coming home today and I really wanted it there for him when he got there.. If I missed anyone else's video well wish to Dan PLEASE let me know!!

HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN - I FOUND IT @Gary N. !!!!! I had forgotten to change the title to the "get well yammer dan" title :doh: and it got sorted into the assigned youtube label!! Yep,, I must of not pushed the button on my camera hard enough! That thing got super glue down inside its shutter release button a couple years ago after I dropped it on the road outwest, I repaired it and got it working fine except its shutter button is now kind of hard to work (not making excuses Raggy - just facts). Anyway, working on a way to redeem myself here @ragtop69gs!! What are you doing Thursday - day after tomorrow? I am thinking of hosting a Meet and Greet up at Houghton Lake, centrally located in Michigan so all of our friends from Michigan and Canada will all be driving about the same distance... You guys over there on the east side, even @Carbon One with his slingshot could ride up there and we could do a redo on your video!! Thursday is the only day we have open for a while because of the wedding coming up (youngest daughter getting hitched). Any chance it might work for you! I am buying everyone lunch if this works out!!

What say you Raggy,, wanna shot a the title big guy?
