  1. I love to make sausage gravy, then split my biscuits in half on the plate, cover them with tomato slices, then cover it all with the sausage gravy. You have to have lots of big chunks of sausage in the gravy.
  2. I left Remedpar in 1997. What year were you there? I probably fixed and tested some of those parts you bought, and then fixed your exchange parts too.
  3. Congrats! I used to be an Imaging Engineer myself. Personally, I got tired of traveling so much, when my kids were still young. Here's who I worked for. http://remedpar.com/ Again, congrats.
  4. You didn't put what year it was. Nice bike.
  5. I cut mine in half, and butter both sides....or I cover both sides with salad dressing, and put a nice sausage patty between them, with a slice of tomato....sometimes I use mustard instead. I also use them for sopping.
  6. Here ya go SilvrT.
  7. You poor, poor soul.
  8. Remember, I bought the Roadkiller from Buddy.
  9. Yup, I have 2 outlets. I've noticed that some RSVs just have a rubber plug there, and not an outlet. I guess it was an option?
  10. A while back, while we were waiting at a truck stop for Gunkylump and Beth, we met another couple who had owned their RSV for several months. He was showing me that he had mounted a dual 12 volt accessory plug on the right side, just above his lowers. He said he installed it because he needed power to his GPS, etc... I showed him where the factory plug was installed in the left side of the fairing, as well as the switch for the driving lights. At first, he gave me that "deer in the headlights" look, and then we laughed. He had no idea they were there. I guess alot of people miss it.
  11. Yeah, I already looked it up. The Corvair has the fan on top of the engine, and the alternator sits sideways. I helped build a 180HP turbo a few years back. VERY expensive engine to build.
  12. Call 1-888-299-9325. They do make a lift with adapters for an RSV. They also make lifts for Goldwing and Harley trikes. Between 400-500 dollars, but the heaviest built lift out there.
  13. LOL, I thought that was a Corvair engine.
  14. Yup. Thanks.
  15. Yeah, I got it, and thanks! I'll keep an eye on it.
  16. Good to hear you may be able to keep the eye. Hopefully, all of this will be done soon, and you can relax.
  17. I'll bet it's those new windshield wipers you had ordered. Darrin knows the ones I'm talking about.
  18. Oh, and g'night Bobbie....I see you lurking.
  19. True....true.....lol....g'night Chief.
  20. Is she hott?
  21. I just came home, and was looking for the usual drunk post, but I can't find anywhere to post to. Angel always says "oh no, you're not drunk posting again, are you?" I worked all week, and took a day to get hosed before I go back tomorrow, and was gonna indulge myself on here....and you left me no drunk-worthy material to post to.....shame on you! I still love you guys though.....lol!! P.S. I don't care what you guys think of the "I love you guys" post this time, either..... I am comfortable in my heterosexuality.......nyah nyah nyah. P.P.S. can ya tell, I have been drinking?
  22. It sure sounds like she was disappointed!!! LOL, glad it all worked out.
  23. Sweet! You got any more pics of it?
  24. My Dad has a lot of health problems, thanks to Agent Orange. He is finally on VA 100% disability for it. A while back, we sold his 2006 Road King, as it was too heavy for him to hold up. He has neuropathy in his legs, and he also has Parkinson's. After selling the RK, he bought Midnite's 1100 Vstar, because it was much lighter, and had a lower seat height. Although it was easier for him to ride, he still had problems with it, so he sold it also. We decided it would be safer on four wheels, and since he probably doesn't have too many good years left, it was time to just say "%&$@ it", and just go borrow the money, and buy himself a nice car. The car is a 1948(same year he was born) Ford Super Deluxe Coupe. It has had a LOT of work done in the restoration, and it sports a mildly built Chevy 350. It also has power steering, power brakes, front disc brakes, and cruise control. We are going to add air conditioning. He is a happy camper now.
