ok, guys tell the truth..... how many of you didn't shop for your wives or girlfriends yet.. i'm on my way out the door now to finish my christmas shopping for taters...i just hate to shop..unless its for chrome.......

Cindy, the motions to supress statements always happens.. Its standard and any atty. Even a bad one will file this motion along with the motion to supress the evidence.. Again all that is ...is that the defence atty. Wants to see how strong the da's case is and to find out any witnesses who may testify and what there going to say..its like fishing... The d.a. By law doesn't have to disclose any rosario material until the day of the trial..which means ..thatS when they have to give the defense their case file consisting of all the witnesess, statements by police, dna tests conducted, pictures, dr.reports, etc.etc.etc. Again the defense atty. Is going fishing..legal ploy...and yes a plea can happen right up until that first prospective jurer sets foot in that courtroom..once that happens..its to late to plea..most defendants don't plea until the 11th hour.. You have my nuMber if you or dale want to talk..

TATERS A LIGHTWEIGHT.HAD IT MADE 30LBS AT 26 INCHES..HER DRAW LENGTH..SHE HAS A STRINGER AND WILLSTRING IT HERSELF..I ALSO HAVE MADE SOME SELFBOWS OUT OF OSAGE ORANGE BACKED WITH RATTLESNAKE...MADE ONE 57LBS AT 28 INCHES.USED A BIT OF DEER ANTLER FOR THE ARROW REST..PLAN TO TAKE A BUFFALO WITH IT..HAVE BEEN AN ARROWSMITH FOR YEARS..DONT KNOW HOW TO KNAP ...I'M STILL A COMPOUND SHOOTER AND HAVE SEVERAL OF THEM AROUND..SHOT PRO CLASS IN NY STATE FIELD ARCHERS ASSOCIATION YEARS BACK..LOVED THOSE 80 YARD TARGETS..USED A 6 POWER SCOPE AT THE TIME...SHOT INDOORS FOR YEARS FOR THE BEE STINGERS..HAD A 299 AVERAGE OUT OF 300.. GOT BOARD AND WEN'T TO SHOOTING OUTDOORS..RAN A 530 AVERAGE OUT OF POSSIBLE 600..GAVE UP AFTER 4 YEARS.. TOO MUCH TRAVELING.... BETWEEN ARCHERY AND MY BIKE I STAY PRETTY MUCH OUT OF TROUBLE....

70 degrees and very bright here in the buffalo n.y. area..well thats inside..outside had about 4 inches of that wet heavy snow and temps in the low 30's.. down in the twenties tonight and for tomorrow....more snow and wind forcast for friday...i hate winter..

I know this is a motorcycle forum, but i couldn't resist sharing this...as some of you know taters and myself are tradititional archers..my club in fact hosts the largest tradititional shoot in the northeast each august with about 500 campers staying on our grounds for the four day event. (which i am chairing this year)..but thats another story..in august i contracted with the allegheny mountain bow company to build a bow for taters..problem is taters is a zebra freek and her arrows i make for her have to resemble a zebra pattern along with her quiver,armguard ,shooting glove, bow case etc,etc.... Can't buy a bow that resembles a zebra...check out the pics....its on its way just in time for christmas..she's gonna wet herself...everyone told her it couldent be done....
