Diving the bearings out will not make them any better, so best to count on replacing them in the process. All bearings are common, so are available from a local bearing dealer, except the right rear I believe, and that is a needle bearing, only available from Yamaha, and they might not have it in stock so you might have a while to wait.

New diaphragms are available here: http://jbmindustries.com/index.html They do mount differently, but we have tried them and find them to work well so far, 2 years and counting.

So Blessed Christmas and a wonderful New Year to y'all. Now for my story: Got an email this week from our internet supplier, a local setup. They wished me Happy Holidays, so I sent back a message asking if they had got my Christmas package. The reply was that they had looked all over the office and, NO, nobody had seen anything from us,,, and should they be looking for something then????? I replied: opps sorry, we sent out Christmas packages, but not any Holiday packages,,, sorry for the mix-up. Haven't heard back from them,,, winder why.

One thing about them folks,,, they have a GOOD memory.

You can probably do better with the idle if you can adjust the mixture properly for each cylinder. They will all be set a bit different, there is no such thing as them being all the same, they are individuals, just like us,,,, but it seems you're on the right track.

So far,,,,,, not too bad,,,, but it may not last,,, depends on the comments folks. Keeping the comments informative definitely helps,,,,,, get obnoxious, and it's gone.!!!!

Snow Saturday. Snow Sunday. Snow Monday, had to clean up around the house the wife said. Snow again today, and more work coming up tonight. Today I'm going to Orillia, they at least have SNOW!!!! And then, more SNOW on the weekend coming up!!! How come nobody's talking or asking about whether or not we're going to have a white Christmas???
