  5. Yes you will need to bleed it. I would start at the hose at the M/C first.
  6. Yes, an O ring is required. I would think it would be the same O ring as OEM, but not 100% sure. Earl
  7. Some members have gotten improved slow speed handling by dropping the front end. You can raise the fork tubes 1” in the triple trees. Earl
  8. If you can blow easily through the old filter, it’s probablynot your problem. Earl
  9. If you have a battery with fill caps I would check the fluid level. You can bet it is dry. If you can I would fill it up with water. This may make it last a little longer. Earl

  19. First off, let’s hope it was just a onetime thing…. In colder weather, I have had my clutch plates to stick together (not release) when I pull the clutch in. When I would put it in gear I would get a clunk. The clunk was the clutch plates releasing. It wouldn’t happen again until the bike sets for several hours. Not sure this what your bike is doing. It helped my bike whenI changed from 20w50 oil to 15w40 oil. Earl

  22. The fuse box you are looking is located behind the left passenger floor board. The diode should be very close to it. Earl

  24. My guess would be that the throttle plates in carbs 3 &4 are more open than the ones in 1 & 2. A larger hole in the vacuum passage= less vacuum. If you still have the carbs off, measure the clearance of each throttle plate to carb throat. You can also shine a light from the bottom of carbs and see if one throttle plate is more open than the others. Earl
