  1. i've only been riding for 10 years ,which is little time compare to a lot of you, but it seems biker's have a different slant on everyday life. not to get to deep during the holiday,but everyday seem to be christmas for us. merry christmas to all
  2. i know my wife and family wouldn't buy me certain things,so for christmas i bought a tourquoise braclet watch to finish my collection. this is my bling bling
  3. always has been a fake, we like to put it up right after thanksgiving and the lights can stay on forever. with 2 grandaughter 8 & 3 christmas is great. for the past 7 years one of my children's freind would live with us and celebrate the season they would forget about where they were before our home. my wife has always made it special for whom ever it was.anyway a ton of family comes for the day and i cook lots of food. try not to make the same thing every year but after 35 christmas am running out of ideas. ho! ho! HO! and for all those sensitive folks ha ha ha
  4. battery is charged an ready to go, now it's raining and it's cold,tomorrow's another day. thanks to all
  5. i put the battery trickler on and now the battery is totally dead. is this possible? red wire on negative black on positive right? any thing else i should do ,the bike is new. thanks in advance for any info before i call the dealership.

  7. my knowledge of the mechanic's of motorcycle's can fit on my thumb. i have a 2007 venture with 250 miles on it the bike wouldn't turn over the battery i thing needs charging it seems to be straining. i believe the battery is under the seat? how do i get to it also there's a coolant reservior that is low because i took off the two side panels, i can ride like hell but the rest ? help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks to anyone who can help

  10. just pick up my 2007 rsv. the sticker that's on the tank i want to remove. what's the best wat to remove it? also i have a couple of scatches an a chip already from my ride to work got hit with some pebbles. best touch up paint to buy and where, need galaxcy blue? thanks
  11. does anyone out there know where i can order a long sleeve shirt with flames up and down the sleeves. not just a strip of flames but the whole sleeve engulf in flames.saw it in a bike ad but can't seem to find it on the internet,thanks for any help .
  12. i'm tring to type without getting to crazy but what the hell, i just pick up my 2007 venture about 2 hr. ago those of you who already own one now how i feel right now.took it for a quick 20 mile drive. wow....wow....wow i love my wife of 35 years, but i now have a mistress. the dealership i went to was out of state,i live in n.j. and they were in long island n.y. just outside the city ( n.y. honda/yamaha) let me tell you these people do it right i can't say enough about the people or the operation. anyway i feel great...............
  13. i'm picking up my 07 black/blue $14380.00 this week i bought out of state so that's with out tax and everything else
  14. i found a 2007 venture black/blue out the door for 14380.00 no tax or tags because i'm out of state, looks like i good price.i'm going to follow threw see if it's for real.
  15. found a dealer in n.j. who had 2 rsv 1-black the other black/blue 2007, asked for his best out the door price, told him i was interested in the black/blue,that i was buying if he had a good deal. $18,430 out the door i don't need to buy one that bad........... i'll keep looking
  16. i've e-mail 6 dealer ships one got back to me,he was great,he called other dealerships to see if anyone had any, which they didn't,in n.j they don't want to sell rsv
  17. sold my ride 4 weeks ago,hoping to go to a dealer to sit on a rsv to make sure i'm a good fit for it. every dealer tells me the same story " we don't carry that bike because nobody wants them they want goldwings" the thing is i want one, but i really would like to sit on one before i order one. does new jersey differ in taste from the rest of the usa. any suggestions? i thing i will try pennsylvania,the eastern part.i live in morris county.
