Well it doesn't have a garage on it (yet), but it has 4 acres so there just may be room for one. It does have a 3 bedroom 2 bath doublewide on it. As for price that will be determined if they accept the offer. But no need to worry about muffinman it won't require him being gone for long. Plus I'm not putting him in debt. Margaret

Jeff and I looked at a house before he left that we were interested in. So today Riderduke came down with a friend TC (some of the crew have met her) to check the place out for me. After looking under in and on top we headed off to McDonald's for coffee. Actually I headed home real fast to pick up the plat Jeff got from the health dept with the septic info. Which seems to be off. Long story short TC (whose a real estate agent up in VA) called a friend and got me a new agent locally to work with. The one I had wasn't very helpful. So we all headed over to the agent's office and I put in an offer. I don't know if you're suppose to have fun at a real estate office but we did. The place is gonna need work, so David will have his work cut out for him. Anyway I guess I just wait now to find out if they accept the offer. I can't thank TC and David enough for the help and hand holding. Kinda scary doing this on my own. They may regret offering to keep holding my hand through this. Margaret

Well I took him to the airport this morning to fly to GA. He's down there now, they have them at the hotel till this weekend I think. Then off to Benning to do whatever they do till he flies to Kuwait. Margaret

Sounds like a commercial to me. We didn't get much rain and now it's gonna get up into the 70's. Glad we missed out on all the fun this go around. Matter of fact I think we missed the last go around as well. Margaret

The hubby picks on me cause if it shows up and needs feeding I feed it. Doesn't matter what it is. That's how I got the cat that's in the house and her brother that's in and out. Mom had them last year when Jeff was gone and she let me touch them that day. Long story short the two stuck around. Got the little girl fixed last week, and once she's all healed up I'll take her brother in. Heck I've been known to feed the turtles too. They don't come in the house though. I don't think they'd make it up the stairs. Margaret

I would say Florida actually. Phoenix has had snow this year and southern CA has had rain at times pretty heavy. Since you aren't sure what the weather will be like when you go FL would be my guess as a better deal for good weather. What ever you decide good luck and I hope you enjoy your trip. Margaret
