    We just got back form this cruise and what a way to beat the winter blues. Did not have high expectations since I had spent so much time at sea in the Navy. The cruise was really not about the ship but all you could do and of course the food I think I gained 10 pounds.     I have had three of these done and do not let it scare you one I even had to have one done with a microscope. The doc gave me pain killers and I only took a couple they were not really needed.
