  4. Once again with emotions this time, REPLACE THE FUSE!! EITHER IT OR THE HOLDER IS DEFECTIVE IF YOU HAVE 12 VOLTS ON ONE SIDE AND ZERO ON THE OTHER!!!!!
  5. Yes, unfortunately the coils do fail, but I think you are the first to have 2 fail in 2 weeks...

  8. Puc, their build was a good as anyone else, and they used a Ford 7 1/2" rear end I think. There should be no issues with it... Due to the fact the company folded, there aren't a lot of them out there.
  9. Crazy question, but are the front ones working? Your flasher relay may be going south. There is a mod to do to the relay to make it more LED friendly. Last question, have you tried them with the engine running and the battery fully charged?
  10. I'm thinking your gear indicator switch needs cleaning and servicing. Member Dingy did a nice write up with pictures on how to disassemble and clean various switches in the read only tech section here.

  13. Cool!!! Yes, the company that did that conversion went under. If your buddy's friend wants it by all means let him have it! My plans were/are to remove the conversion and put it on my '84. My '84 has been going through a slow but thorough restoration as it only has 18,000 miles on it (long story, when I bought it there was less than 8000 miles) and I'm doing a Dingy to the engine, Vmax heads, Vboost and rebuilding a MK2 engine so it has the extra power to be a trike. It would probably be better to keep that trike as is, especially with it's history. I would be honored to pass on this deal to a person who served his country with pride!

  15. Man, if you were about 100 miles closer I would lend you mine to try out! The RLU is quite expensive! Now, if you have voltage coming INTO the fuse, but nothing coming OUT, the fuse has to be defective!!!
  16. Well, if the controller lights up it's doing something! You probably have an issue with the compressor assembly, one of the solenoids hanging up, plugged compressor, etc. Speaking of compressors, when manually airing up the shocks, ONLY use a manual one that is specifically designed for small volumes of air! Do not use a compressor that you would inflate a tire with, it would supply too big of a volume and blow the bladder on the rear, and blow the seals on the fronts! I agree with you, for the most part CLASS is a mind stroke and really isn't all that functional...
  17. May be a bad Reserve Lighting Module located on the front fairing frame behind the relays, black box with about a half dozen wires coming out of the side to a connector...
  18. The company that made that particular conversion is out of business. To me the thing would be worth it just for the conversion kit. Presently there is only one kit, triwing for 1st gen, at twice the price of the bike. Wanna store it for me for a few months???

  20. Yes you can install shraeders, that turns it into a Venture standard. Only the Royales had CLASS. What is the unit doing or not doing?? You do know that it ONLY works with the key on accessory?
