  1. Unfortunately none exist any more. They ranged from '64 to '69, 2 red ones, a gold one, a baby blue one and a yellow one...
  2. Problem is most likely carbeuration issue, like the idle circuit is plugged up. Try running a can of Seafoam additive to a tank of gas. You may also be well served with a new set of plugs after the treatment as Seafoam can and will loosen up a lot of gunk and this gunk will foul your plugs out. Another possibility is a bad TCI when warm. Try the seafoam and plugs first to see if that helps...
