    Thanks Gary, I really enjoyed seeing that video. It really was amazing how he handled that bike. I would need a GPS to keep track of where I was going. Even though I saw how well the HD handled in that demonstration, I would still stick with our RSV for those long highway rides. Maybe next year for MD in Oberlin, everybody should bring an orange cone and we will let Eileen demonstrate her skills with her Zero turn mower. Yama Mama:smile5:

    You know all of us wives are different in many ways, I suppose. First of all, Ron never wants any thing "new", he would always buy used. Ron wants a kayak now, I said sure. If he wants a kayak go buy one. Ron and our son will be using it. I will never use it because I do not swim well enough. Now if he wants to buy me a pitcher of draft beer, I will not mind that at all either. Of course, a kayak costs a bit less than a GW. However, if he really wanted one I would say all right. So if Ron and Mark kayak, Peggy just might go play that game of golf I gave up about 10 years ago. It is a plan. Yama Mama

    Thanks Swifty that was a sad but ironic article to say the least. We were at a motorcycle rally for the last four days and I would have to say more than 80% of the riders I saw there did not wear helmets. Of course, Ohio and Kentucky are not mandatory helmet law states. Thanks for the post! Yama Mama

    Moped and I have a one burner gas stove we use to cook on when we camp with the bike. I have a small 8 inch cast iron griddle and a small pan I can cook other things with. I also boil water in it and use those Folger coffee bags for that much needed coffee in the morning. It really tastes pretty good. Since we do not have a trailer to travel with it limits what we can bring. Yama Mama

    First of all, I was fully aware that 11,450 members are not actively involved. I was trying to be funny, which obviously I failed at. However, I have been on this site for a little while to be pretty amazed at how many folks have signed up either as a trial member or a regular member. I was merely pointing out how many have people have done one or the other. That was all I was pointing out to every one here. I know we lost some when the $12.00 fee was started which I never understood, because that is really reasonable if you compare it to other Venture sites. But the fact is we have new people signing up every day here and we are still growing. Yama Mama
