    Just got an e-mail from Alice Gorom...James is not well enough for visitors or cannot answer the phone right now...please don't call him until he is better...I will keep you all informed of his progress...........

    James is in a room now...posted info on other post....update on J Gorom... I am planning to ride to hosp. and see him tomorrow....will keep all informed as to his progress.......he does have a phone in his room ,but doesn't or can't answer it...or just not up to calls....

    James has been moved to a regular room...:clap2:he is allowed visitors from 12pm to 8pm.....tried to call him but, he didnt answer the phone..here is the addy of the hosp.....ERIE COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER 462 GRIDER STREET BUFFALO N.Y. 14215 His room number is 764 Taters and I are planning to visit him tomorrow.....

    Update on James Goroms' Condition... Just spoke to Alice his wife...James will be moved from ICU tomorrow. Reason for being in ICU was an irregular heartbeat following the accident. She asks to wait... as far as visiting James... until he feels better. He is still in pain and dealing with the accident. Per witness of the accident, James was passing a stopped bus and lost control...James himself remembers only that the front end of the bike became irratic and was trying to compensate. He belives the front tire blew but does not remember anything. The bike has not been checked yet... James is more concerned about some porch painting he planned to do than his condition right now. I told Alice to tell James that it would be taken care of and in the near future I will be asking my fellow Venture Riders to meet with me at his house to take care of any odd jobs that need to be done. Alice will let me know when James is well enough for visitors, and I will post at that time. Please take a moment of your time to add James to your prayer list for a speedy recovery. James was the first Venture Rider I met from the group and I will not forget our first meeting, and him buying me breakfast. Time to pay him back for his friendship and campanionship and all the great ice cream joints he took me to......recover quickly my friend...

    Tina thank you for posting the pics....along with spankys, now everyone can see what they missed...wait till next year. this was a practice year for me..pioneer tells me they are really going to get involved next year.. we already set the dates.. around july 17th I think..you wont want to miss that one...the ny gang is getting it together...thanks again you little pyro..lol:rotfl:

    Just talked to hospital. James's conditition is now stable..guess thats an improvement...one good thing is...ecmc has the best trama unit in western ny...our prayers are with you james...

    Man all my friends are going down...5 days ago my wing woman went down in colorado...5 broken ribs , a colapsed lung and also a broken callar bone.. some of you guys know her..debra (little d) darryls wife from the valkyre club..she rides with the ny venture group all the time..man I'm afraid to ride.. all my friends are getting hurt..

    got to up prospect mt....its right on rt 9 south of town....so many thing to see and do.. ask any local. they love bikers...we keep that town afloat.... fort henry, great escape, wax museum, the list is endless...grandmas kitchen is a must for home cooking yum,yum....right in town ,just a little north on main drag...word of warning...nothing level in that town....watch your parking lots...they can be a b!$&h...especally with a heavy bike....your gonna have a great time...:fnd_(16):

    The m&e was held at pioneer motor sports...Michella is a member here. Gave us the keys to the place that weekend...15% off for all members... she is listed under vendors that give us discounts.. around the corner from bongobobs.. it will be held there again next year....

    Your welcome to stay at my place...6 miles away....although I will be putting in some 20 hr days that week....you can't have any more fun that week thats LEGAL...there are a couple of good ole boys that come from down your way that bring me a" little sumthin" that comes in a fruit jar...lol..eeeeeeooowww!!!!!!!!!:rotf:

    This is not bike related, but as many of you know I am chairing one of the largest traditional archery shoots in the east....all my friends at ventureriders are invited to stop in and say hello.fun starts on thurs. 3 3D courses in some of the prittiest surrundings..including a kids 3d course with dinasaurs,frogs snakes...small game course including woody the arrow eating woodchuck..night coon course plus a night 3d course in our lighted enchanted hollow... kitchen open for breakfast, lunch and dinner...spaghetti dinner on thurs, fish fry on friday ,chicken bbq on sat... raffles,50/50 splits, customs bows also raffled by allegheny archery...live music sat. evening at 8 pm featuring CREEK BEND.vendors..vendors.and vendors..seminars galore on fri and sat..(no charge)..about 400 campers show up each year and sorry to say no sites available at this time... daily shooters welcome..(30.00 for the weekend....15.00 daily shooters.). plenty of campgrounds in the area.. within 10 minutes... NO ADMISSION FEES..
