That's what I miss since Oldsmobile folded, I bought a new Cutlass that had two big issues within two weeks of delivery, they delivered another new car to my door and picked up the original. 170,000 miles on that one with no issues. I understand issues pop up with new technology but a manufacturer needs plans in place to keep customers.
