  1. Beautiful Bike, enjoyed reading your initial thoughts. The main thing every new owner seems to stress is the smooth power rite off the line. I really want to take one for a test ride and feel that for myself. Thought I was done buying motocycles, but maybe not... Craig
  2. Bike looks beautiful Jonas, a lot of "buttering up" in your opening explaination. I guess I know what that means:big-grin-emoticon: Craig
  3. Very sorry for your loss, hopefully you get some answers and if not, try to remember the good times. All the best to you and your family at this difficult time. Take Care, Craig
  4. When I tried the 130 it just seemed too light at highway speeds 70mph. Didnt want to hold a line. It was alot nicer at slow speed handling tho. I went back to 150 since I spend alot more time at 60-70 mph then I do in a parking lot. Alot of different opinions on 130/150 glad your enjoying the switch. At 6'7" 285 you could probably plant your feet pick bike straight up by bars and spin a 180 in one lane:thumbsup2: Craig
  5. Yea that sux, I was hoping you had a nice clean fix. Hopefully the next section goes alittle easier and takes care of the problem. Mite want to take a steel rod and try busting up the clog while flushing pipe out with a hose. Stop if the water in the room gets up to your knees:crying: Craig
  6. I am still an Avon fan and the new Cobra seems great. Never had one crack or split and I have been running them for years on 2 bikes. I always got pretty good mileage out of them too. Dont know how they compare on price though. I am sure all tires recommended are good, we have alot of tar snakes around here and I am always looking for how the tires handle the snakes. Craig
  7. I have never ridden a voyager kit, but I have a hannigan trike. It takes some time and adjustment to get use to steering and handling. Lock one arm pull with other to turn, needs less upperbody. Learn to use your knees.legs for leverage. The more you ride it the more you will like it. By the way it looks great. Craig
  8. Looks beautiful, you're a lucky guy! Would love to ride that area someday. Craig
  9. Sharp looking ride, with all the bells and whistles! Enjoy, Craig
  10. Looks beautiful, I need to start following you around you really seem to be able to find the good deals! Sure you guys are going to have a blast with that thing. Enjoy, Craig
  11. Sorry to hear this Joe, hopefully its just for observation and she has no serious injuries. Will keep her in our thoughts for a speedy recovery. Craig
  12. Congrats Carl, enjoy every minute! Craig
  13. I would definetly rent an electric pavement breaker, they do a great job with half the effort. Get a couple extra chisels, a point, a chisel and a spade will come in handy digging up the clay around the pipe. Sounds like you have a plan, hopefully its an easy clean cut-off of the old pipe and a couple ferncos and pvc get ya fixed up. Have fun, Craig
  14. Great write-up enjoyed going along for the ride. Hopefully they come up with a fix for the seat and heat. I would still be interested in taking one for a spin, like the low seat ht and center of gravity and really interested in the power band of that motor. Dust on the tank? I had an 06 Black Cherry beautiful bike and color, I swear after spending 2 hrs shining her up, the minute I put her into first gear there was dust on the tank. I was always wiping that thing off. Thanks again, Craig
  15. Very cool video, think I liked the Eluder best. Would be interested in taking the Indian for a ride after listening to all the positive comments on the motor. Thanks, Craig
  16. Glad to hear they are getting you some relief from pain and other symptoms. Hopefully it heals up pretty quickly. Take Care, Craig
  17. While on this cancer regimine I take a Valtrex every nite to keep from getting the shingles, they suggested not to get the vaccine as it contains live virus, there is a new vacine coming out soon. Take care, Craig
  18. While I sat at my front window watching my neighbor, who was kind enough to come over and blow 6" of fresh snow off my driveway:95: Craig
  19. I always liked those Strats, sharp looking bike. Hope you enjoy many care free miles on the new scoot! Craig
  20. Hey, how about alittle additional framing to support substrate for rubber roof, then glue down rubber. 10' wide rolls that will bend over anything. 25yrs no maint. shouldnt be too much added weight? Craig
  21. Hey I have one of those Hondas, I mite have been able to help her add safety chrome. Craig
  22. I think trying to prep that roof for shingles and then adding shingles is going to add way more weight then that structure was designed for. There are alot of lightweight fabrics avail. for these dome/blowup type structures out there, but I guess they are expensive because of low demand. Quanset Huts have a corragated galvanized roof pre-bent for roof arc, wonder if you could find supplier for your arch that would stock pre-formed panels. They would be easy to work with, much quicker/lighter then shingles. Craig
  23. Get the Wolo, Carbon One bracket and I think Larry even makes a wiring kit. One hr later you will have all the horn you want. Dont hit the horn button with the bike in the garage:Bunny2: Craig
