    I have to agree that my 99 RSV had more style and better comfort for long distance riding. But when it comes to power and performance the RSV can't compete with my 07 wing.

    Tornado warning just issued for the Piqua and Troy, Ohio area. Pretty strange for the 23rd of Dec. Usually warnings are for snow storms this time of year.

    Woodford Reserve remodeled the tasting room and lobby in 2014. It is very nice.

    When I sold my 99 RSV last year and purchased an 07 Goldwing, I joined the GL1800 forum to educate myself on the 1800. It is a great site for gathering technical and mechanical info on the Goldwing. I feel their forum is just that though, a place to get info. I don't feel that it has the comaraderie and family atmosphere of this forum. This is a very special place with lots of special people.

    The Goldwing has a small compartment on each side under the passenger armrest for small items and also compartments in the front fairing. All are accessible while going down the rode.

    I have an 07 Goldwing. I purchased a set of luggage that is made to fit in the saddlebags and trunk of the Goldwing. When you stop for the night or just a gas stop pop open the saddle bag and remove the bag and take out what you need or take the bag in the hotel room.
