  1. Not to hijack this thread BUT... I got a pesky groundhog eatin' up mama's garden, just got the double 16 out, anyone have a good groundhog recipe ?
  2. 2.30's- 2.40's in the Detroit area
  3. coat hanger with a hook bent into the end, you should be able to fish it out. It's probably in the side opposite the petcock.
  4. Thats what I use now, chemical resistant 12" rubber gloves with a pair of light fleece gloves inside to keep my hands from sweating in the rubber, never a wet hand with those.
  5. We have tourmaster rain gear and have been very happy with it, with the exception of their gloves, light rain no problem but get into heavy downpours and my hands get wet fast and if you take them off wet you'll never get your hands back in them.
  6. Was it on purpose or did the old guy get lost?
  7. After flushing the dirty air in my tires, I added some new bug parts to the fairing and lights. oh !!! and I did readjust the lower wind vents. At that point I had reached the limits of my mechanical abilities so I popped open a Qt. of apple pie to see if I could loosen up some forgotten techniques, but, that didn't work so I went for a swim
  8. Wishing for the best, but if that does not work out, tell him you have an alternative business plan that will be to open a R&D test facility to develop performance motorcycle exhaust systems which will include an outdoor test track.
  9. I like Manuals, automatics are boring.
  10. I still have not got my parts, why? Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  11. When people ask, just tell them the HD stands for High Definition.
  12. For us it's usually a lack of $$$ that keeps us from all the rally's & M&E'S. We make as many as possible. WNY & WV international will be on our list this year with a few more weekend excursions. I followed the rainbow to the end and all I found was a gas station! I'm gonna check the other end..... 13. No,, No,,,NO ! You all got it wrong, he doing a brake job and found a link to those new fuel saving square rotary's
  14. Never seen it used in a radiator, it is an excellent substitute for motor oil though.
  15. Did you get the few i posted? I think I've found a few more. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  16. The Google car caught us in a Roadside rest stop just north of glacier park. Never did see us in the street view. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  17. The Hannigan with its independent suspension rides great and corners like a Corvette, when out riding with Carbon One (he had a straight axle Tri-wing) when cornering, our Hannigan stayed firmly planted in the corners while his Tri-wing would lift a wheel. The independent suspension also has a much more supple ride on rough road. If your wallet allows, the Hannigan is the way to go. Puc, next time you are in the same place as our trike, we'll give you a chance to add it to your demo bucket. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  18. Checked mine at 71K and 4 were almost at the limits.
  19. I've pulled close to 400# all over Montana, Wyoming and Idaho with my 2nd gen and even over Beartooth several times riding 2up. There was never a time that I felt there was too much weight back there, even in the hairpin switchbacks, you just need to remember you'll have slower starts and longer stops. Now with my darkside rear tire, trailering is much improved.
  20. with the gear cover off even a new seal will leak. Put the cover back on and the leak will stop if you installed the new seal. If I remember correctly there is no bushing in the cover, a little moly grease is all it should need. Check http://www.ronayers.com that's where I get most of my parts including the shift shaft seal last year.
  21. Purty darn close. But I came back because we ran out of land, silly me, I forgot the flotation tires [emoji22] Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  22. Yeah, that Craig can be a nice guy at times.
  23. When I want the cruise set above 80 I set it lower, then use the accelerate button to bump the speed up to where I want it.
