I agree the trunk slider will be the single most important accessory you'll get if you ride two up. I'm about 6,3 and with a little 5 6 lady on the back of dads I was totally cramped. Definitely turned me off of the Harleys but dad says his new one with the trunk slider saved it

Hey yall, So I know I've got a slow fluid leak coming from the clutch system somewhere. I went out to the garage today and fired up the old girl and pretended to ride her in the garage for about a half hour. Now whenever I'd let it sit for awhile something would run onto the exhaust and cause a decent amount of smoke to roll up from the middle of the bike. I had always thought that it was oil leaking from the valve cover gaskets but after letting her sit for a month and getting it really smoking I don't think its oil. Oil always has that "burning oil smell" and this smells neither like oil or antifreeze? Is it possible brake fluid is getting on my pipes and making a smoke that has its own unique smell? If its leaking from the master cylinder can it get on the pipes? Thanks in advance guys. BTW 88 Venture royale

Question for ya Puc. So if it heats up real well on all four pipes pretty evenly, but mileage takes a dump. It would be more than likely a sticking/holy carb diaphgram right? Dealing with a similar issue on my 88

Well you guys made me feel a little more comfortable about riding. I don't get concerned about much, but my bike is one of the few, special things that I really get passionate about, and I'd hate to see it taken away by politics!

Ahh good point flyinfool. This was part of my wondering too, is our infrastructure is pretty much set up for ICE's. and also with the new biofuels they come up with, they may be milking the ICE for as long as I'm alive yet too. I DONT LIKE CHANGE!!!
