I appreciate the heads up about you doing this.
I've been on other forums when they just did it without warning and leave you wandering WTF untill it comes back up.
Thank You!
We'll be heading to Maggey Vally Sunday.
Ventures Randy and Linda are supposed to drop in Monday. If you get a chance come on by.
The weather forcast keeps changing but it looks like 'most' of the days will be fine. I'm certain we'll get wet somewhere along the way. I seem to have a knack for finding showers.
Cold and wet gear is standard equipment this time of year.
Wheels through time is nice but been there, done that.
Woody, once you have seen one wedding, youve seen them all. Tell him youll come to his next one.
We honeymooned in Hawaii back in 86. Been wanting to go back ever since.
One of the highlights was when we took a day trip over to Kauai. The package included a round trip flight, a rental car and a helicopter tour of the island. The heli pilot was an ex Army Huey pilot who flew in Nam. WOW! That was worth every penny we spent. So if you have the time and money look into that.
My first 'big' bike was a Honda 305 scrambler. It started a long love affair with scramblers, dual sport and dirt bikes. I now steer clear of any bike that is capable of fire/off roading. I'm not smart enough to resist the wild urges of raising he!! in the dirt. But the Duc looks sweet.
Oh the memories.
Just think of all the money you could have saved the govt. and the forest you could have saved from those fires if you had only left those tools out sooner.
I never trust a jack/lift to support my bike while I work on it.
A rack is easy to build out of 2X4s. There are many plans for them on the net. Jack the bike up, slide the rack under the bike then remove jack. Solid as a rock.
Yep!
I could finish most job's in a third of the time but for the go back trips or looking for the tool I layed down just a minut ago.
And it's all down hill from here.
We just rolled in. Great to meet you Ken. I'm glad you liked the loop but as I said, you have only scratched the surface of all the great roads in that area.
I'd be happy to show you or anyone else all I can.
cowpuc, one has to be real sneaky to get a pic of Shirley. She suffers from a sevier case of dontpointhatdamncamaratmeatosis. Pointing a camara at her can cause YOU great pain.
