I got an idea:
Once Bob gets them to NY all he needs to do is to plug the one one of them and then talk into the other end. Ohio is not so far that they won't make it there, should only be a couple of minutes.
I think you might like it, we've given it some thought for more reasons than one, but I think Scamper is just going to have to horse around for another year. The dutch in me just can't seem to part with that kind of money,,,,, but I haven't said no yet!!!!
I would guess that what he is talking about is what we call side cutters. i know how to do it, so don't mind sharing that with you when the time is right,,,, ya, I didn't come to the trick easily, Muffinman was the teacher.
On my 85, it's much easier to find neutral from 2nd than it is from 1st,,,, often times it's impossible to go from 1st to neutral, but from 2nd it works better.
They might have done things differently in 89, but my 85 was glued in place all around the outer edges. Some of the glue came loose and I had to use an exacto knife to get the rest off. Maybe that happened to your's, kevin, and somebody used two-sided tape, or maybe Yammi decided that the tape was a better idea. Just my opinion though, is that the tape will allow dirt to filter in behind the reflector and make things kind of dirty in there.
Happy Birthday Puc, hope you can enjoy many more with His blessings.
First off, when reading Tippy's post I thought she was talking about me,, but then I realized I must be wrong, after I checked with Marca and she told me it wasn't my birthday yet.
'cause normally IT is done in secret,,, although it probably does have a place of it's own, but that would be hidden in some other place away from the sight-line of others.
Yep, that might work, but it's not the qualities that you really need. Marine has water repellant qualities and the you are looking for anti-sling qualities,,, could have the same effect, but a new spline hub is about $100 so not worth the chance, to me anyways.
Looks just like the headset I used for 4 or 5 years, still use it in my spare passenger helmet.... but I don't know for sure if the same one, there's no model number on mine.
Decide on a destination,,,,, and then,,,,,, don't go there!!!!! well at least not yet,,, maybe sometime, but boy, that road looks interesting,, go there!!!
It's only political you're leaning to the right, but the bike is going left,, or is that the center,,or just right of center, to the left a little please,,,, ahhhhhh yes! that's the spot,,,, now what was I typing about???? somebody help out here!
Check battery posts for voltage, then check the clamps for voltage. Now check how the voltage drops on the clamps when you turn the ignition on. If you have good voltage on the posts, but drops on the clamps, the clamps are suspect. If you have low voltage on the posts, the battery is suspect.
If I showed this thread to my grandkids,,,,, they would shake their heads, throw up their hands,,,,, and ask: Grandpa, have you lost all of them, now we are starting to understand,,, why!
