It would drain the battery, unless you added it to a switched terminal, then there would be no drain at all.

So today I was quoted business insurance at half the price I was paying, well I'll be totally honest, well less than half. Got to say that the quote didn't quite have all the goodies added on that the last one did, stuff that costs next to nothing and we would never or very seldom have a need for. But LESS than Half???? we have been taken for a few years now. I think we will change!!! Gonna save over $6000 the next year.

Might be something loose, or it might depend on the grease you used in the splines and final drive. What exactly did you use? And did you put the ciriclip back on the wheel hub?

I do believe that we are going to be 'stuck' with you for a while. I appreciate your input and attitude and your comments will only help make this site better. No Problem, NP at all, it was almost bedtime anyways and Bob didn't seem to be ready yet, but then neither was you, or you didn't like the hard surface. It was a bit muddy I admit.

I believe that Yamaha set it up the way they did, so that the rider would not spend time looking at the controller when they should be watching the road. You should take it apart, find the leak and fix it. In the meantime you can do some preventative maintenance that will be of great value to you later on.

I made it home just fine as well, about 6 or so, forgot to look and remember. I didn't post any sooner because I wanted to leave room for the rest of you fine folks to do so first. We only got rained on in the Peninsula, and that was only so that we would be nice and clean when we got home,,,, not my fault that Bob hogged the shower and used up all the hot water. Met some wonderful people, I would mention the new ones I met, but either they forgot to tell me who they were or I forgot what they said, either way, it was not for lack of asking on my part eh!? Just so that everybody is perfectly clear on this subject, Adam was not an American!! Now it would be nice if you two fellas would kiss and make up, I have no idea idea what it is you two are arguing over, it all makes no difference on a Spyder for when you twist the throttle, it's gone!! and that's what counts. I have a slightly used MicMute set, used on my Spyder. It worked as it said it would, so it's not broke, but we have decided to go a different route that I will post once I get it working peachiekeen. In the meantime, the MicMutes will be in may saddlebag on the way to MD, so if your interested in it let me know.
