Well, it's not a TD but it is an RS, early model. And it has a pile of add ons and mods, some obvious, but many less so. And actually, I notice a few things missing in this picture. Not shown - I welded nuts in the ends of the handlebars so I could attach the RSTD bar weights, then I attached probably 18" long fringe from Kuryakyn into the ends of the weights, also some K highway pegs.

Where did you get those?
Eagleeye gets the credit for these, they are H-D stock diameter lenses, 83mm i think, not sure. Anyway you can find them on this site http://www.crazybikerusa.com/. Take off your lens, and the trim ring, you have to reverse trim ring around and the bullets should fit. If the trim ring isnt a separate piece, i dont know if they will fit. Hope this helps. By the way cost is about 20 bucks.

Lets all post pictures of our bike so we can see what wonderful mods you done!

I've got a 96 with a few mods, no pics right now, it's somewhat tore apart being cleaned up and adding this and that. It's got over 123,000 k's on it, so far. I've got Jardine forward controls coming in this week that I just won on ebay, studded and concho'd the saddlebags, tinted the windshield, Kuryakin grips, front fender rail, skull mirrors, polished wind deflectors, solo seat rail, Mustang leather rear fender bib, saddle bag guard rails, stebel air horn, 4" pull back risers, yamaha driving lights and covers, LED tail light from custom dynamics, fringed and concho'd mud flaps, chrome carb covers, solo seat rail, studded and concho'd seat.......I'll post some pics when I get it all back together and cleaned up a wee bit.

I rode this bike over 5 years, bought it brand new in 98, sold it to a friend of mine. He rode it for a while, then traded it in. I tried to get the dealer who got it to tell me who bought it, I always wanted it back, all he would tell me was the general area of the new owner.

Well, 5 years goes by, and I find in on the internet one night, for sale. Called the owner, and the rest they say, is history.

No pics except avatar right now.

Lots of little extras and still growing as wallet receives input.

Mustang studded seat with backrest, kury grips, passing lights, saddlebag rails, a few extra chrome covers and bag slash pipes. Nothing major just a bunch of fun working on it.

Future:

-Add led "back off" lights to the back... tired of hearing tire squeals when I don't run through "pink" lights.

-Sewing off-white leather tank cover and tank bag.

-trailer hitch/trailer

-detachable trunk

oh yeah ---- lots more chrome

Tried to add a pic of how the bike used to look, way back 8 years ago. Beth and I weren't married at the time, but were on a small vacation.

07 rstd....hoppe fairing w/stereo, chrome lowers, kuryakyn pegs, butler seat mods, detachable tour pack, wild pig hd mufflers......

Hey Naturbar . . . did you go directly to Hoppe for the upper fairing . . . and how much does one have to fork out? Also, if I ordered a Hoppe for my 2006 RSTD (which has a light bar), will any modifications have to be done to install it?
