I had a friend who buys and sell lots of bikes do it for me as Im EBAY impaired. Check it out and tell me what you think or maybe someone is interested. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=290171969561&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:PIC&ih=019 She is very custom and its a shame to just see it in the garage

Take a look at this link for a new automatic transmission Honda that was supposed to be on the market in October, don't know if it was released or not. Pretty cool idea as automatics go. It gives you too automatic modes and a 6 speed manual shift mode. http://www.webbikeworld.com/Motorcycle-news/2008-honda-motorcycles/ Also, scroll down that page and take a look at the awesome looking 6 cylinder sport bike...concept.

I stopped this evening behind a school bus waiting to turn into a grade school. A new ford pickup pulled up behind me and stopped. About 10 seconds later I heard a screech, bang, crunch. A honda accord had slammed into the rear of the new (now not so new) pickup behind me. Obviously the driver wasn't paying attention as there was good visibility behind the pickup. No body hurt but the woman driver dropped her cell phone, spilled her coffee, and upset her makeup. What was the cause of the incident. I think the auto pilot on the honda quit working.:rotf:

A Carb-Rebuild is already being performed on my bike, but I ran across some info on doing it myself - in the event that such work is warranted in the future. I thought that the instructions were very clearly laid out, and that it might help some of us, here, who are not as knowledgeable about this as most of the others are. From what I've gathered, this instructional article is referencing 'Honda' carbs, but (and I could be wrong) it is my way of thinking that motorcycle carbs are basically the same - and that they are all dealt with it, primarily, in the same manner. If it can help someone - here is the link: http://oldmanhonda.com/MC/Rcarbs.html

Down here in Mickey Mouse land, we have a problem with humidity. As such, sometimes when I leave for work at o dark thirty in the morning, I hit areas on the road where my windshield goes completely white and is fogged over. Any ideas or suggestions? I do wax it with Honda spray polish but that does not seem the make any difference. Also, I don't have a windshield vent like some bikes I have seen.

Well, I had read about using Lemon Pledge on bikes at some other sites. I tried it today on the 06 RSV and behold, it worked great! I have been using Honda Spray Polish and hear that they are discontinuing it. (It worked great for me too.) I used the Pledge all over the bike including the windshield and it shines like it did when I saw it on the show room floor. Hey $3.00 a can beats $5.50 in my book any day! And it sure makes the bike smell good! I don't know if it will clean the bugs off like Honda Polish but, we will see. I also use Go-Jo hand cleaner (Creamy Type) on my other bikes windshield and it covers up or seems to remove all the little scratch marks and swirls in it that you see when riding into the sun. Just rub it on the windshield with my fingers and wipe it with a terry-cloth towel. Dog
