    I totally understand this is a Yamaha Venture site that's what brought me here. I also liked the sound of my previous 06 Venture a lot like a Shelby Mustang winding out thru the gears.

    Of all the Harley's I've owned I have never experienced clutch basket moun or rear wheel isolator growal taking off. Course I just started purchasing them in the early 70's. Most of the time I buy and flip them for a profit. Harley's I've found is the only bike that l'm able to do this. Granted ther not perfect but I've yet to find a perfect bike.

    Yea, V Twin talk is a whole different language. I'm sure it can be learned. As for foot pegs on a 2018 Venture probably.

    When l've encounter slow loading of such web sites a good thing to is to delete my History files and start fresh reloads of these sites. Works for me.

    Yes it is . Can't have your cake and eat too only the Trumps are lucky with that oh well forgot no politics here. Remove the brake fluid before heating and not a lot. Also, if you want to cool that stud quick give it a shot of brake Kleen solvent.

    Man, You got plenty to grab hold of there just heat a little with a propane pencil flame put a small pair of vise grips on it and hold your mouth right and screw it out.

    That looks to me like the old Harley muffler design. That said from the inlet side take a 1/2 rod and punch the freeze plug out and let her breath easy with a better exhaust note.

    If a high performance curiser is what you are after look at the spec's on the BMW 1600B. 160 hp at 7759 rpm. 129 ft/lbs. of torque at 5250 rpm. All the above for around 20k. Reason for me to sell two of my Harley's.
