Charleston is a beautiful place for sure. I hope to be able to return there sometime in the near future. It has been a long time since our last vacation in SC. Enjoy the warmer temps.

Good Evening to all! It was quite windy today, but temperature hovered around the 50's. Cool morning rides and it is time to take out the chaps. Heat is a must have throughout the week ride to and from work. @etcswjoe Hopefully you can revive that beautiful '99. Those bikes don't like to sit too long in the garage.

Pleasant Monday morning to all. Cooler and drier air is coming our way. A few days ago, I was able to install a new battery on the bike and I feel much better now, If you will ride, be safe.

It happens almost everywhere. From groceries to large retail place, what it says on the shelf may not reflect what the cash register is going to tell them...so I am always vigilant looking out for my wallet. I must say the tire deal is just about right, but I can easily dispose of the tire to save on the disposal fee. As far as tires are concerned, I agree that it is much cheaper online for motorcycle tires. Have fun working on your bike.

2019 is not bad at all. Personally, once my batteries age beyond 4 years I start thinking about replacing them before it is too late. Winter is coming. Be prepared. @bpate4home you did the right thing.

Good Afternoon to all. Hope everyone is having a good Thursday afternoon. Well this morning, I started the SVTC and it didn’t sound good at all. It almost did not start. It has a 4 year old battery in it so for my peace of mind…I decided to get her a new one. It has a 2 year warranty good for 4 or 5 years. Nice chilly ride, but the heat felt good.

When I say this, I feel real sad thinking about the situation in Florida and the impending Hurricane. The worst is yet to come tonight for them. At least my Aunt and cousins from Sarasota had left the area to safer territory. Hang in there Florida. If you are riding. Ride Safe.

I have a feeling shops may have a special tool for these bulbs to make it look like there is nothing to it.

Floridians along the path of the Hurricane are currently evacuating as we speak. This not only puts fear to those affected it also disrupts daily life activities. Hang in there, Florida. Prayers and safety to all!

I did the same thing when we were shopping for a minivan. I liked doing it over the phone, because it did save me a lot of time and effort compared to sitting at the dealership. I at least test drove it before I agreed with the financials. To me shopping for a new vehicle is really fun, until you have to start paying for your monthly payments.

Congratulations on your new Taco. I have a 21 OR and still love it. You should have no problems with the engine. It has been great so far, from what I've heard from other Taco owners.

With all the relief efforts concentrated along the hardest hit areas, I have a feeling it will be a long time until they open up the parkway. Hence like you said, indefinitely. Helene was truly a monster storm.

You can call it Union Greed or Corporate Greed. Unfortunately, I am on the loosing end of deal as a consumer. Glad this ended quickly temporarily until Jan. 15, 2025. I guess I don't have to freeze bananas for now.

Thank the Lord. It is a 'Temporary Tentative Deal'. I guess I will not be stacking up for now. That is now on hold. lol Now people are talking about the loss of economic business over the past 4 days, which is in the billions. At least we won't run out of bananas. Good Morning to all!
