Got called in again to work Sunday morning. Must get my beauty sleep. Good night to all.

28° is cold on the Venture, but you went on your first Venture ride which is priceless. I usually take the SVTC on cold rides below 45°. Our consolation: Warmer days is just around the corner.

@sleepy2 Another $25 dollars to get the right part and a delay. Another week of waiting and you should be all set. Hang in there. I know, it can be a little frustrating when ordering online. On my end, I've been riding the SVTC all week since the morning commute has been on the chilly side. RSV will get an oil change Sunday night after work. Got called in to work once again for the weekend. I was able to cut my grass today and washed the wife's car. FWIW, 'Mission Accomplished' for Friday. Have a relaxing night.

Good evening to all. My busy work schedule and thinking about 'cutting the grass' is worrying me for no reason. I am sure my grass will wait for me until Friday afternoon.

That 13% tax is a little on the high don't you think? You are probably used to it by now. I was not aware Canada has that much on sales tax.
-
You did the right thing. Priorities first aka family matters before riding. Friday delivery is not too far away.

Glad you are able to get the parts you need despite some minor issues with the gasket. I was just thinking, those bike parts are not cheap at all. Best of luck and sounds like the weekend is maintenance day for you.

Hope you can get your new Stator installed and back to riding again.

Need to wash my van today as well. 68°F for a high and lots of sun today.

Good morning to all! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. It was a busy weekend for me worked and spent some family time yesterday. Sunny and mild today. So many things to do, but I'll do them one small step at a time. First in line...cut the grass. Have a great week.

Good morning to all! Another touch of winter this morning and hopefully we will start to warm back up again. I am tired of wearing my winter coat, but I guess I just have to keep it around for a little bit more. It looks like a ride day tomorrow.

Good morning to all. With the weather looking good in the 80's and dry, it will be mostly riding for the rest of the week. Yesterday, I am so glad to at least put down my first application of fertilizer. The only downside is that I was sneezing all over the place. The pollen count is on its way up and will stay there for a week or so. Ride Safe all.

I apologize. I am a little slow.

You know it is always nice to have someone with you, if you run out of gas. This way you have someone to push the bike.
-
I pray that mother nature brings some rain showers in the forecast and you'll be able to ride in the near future. Hopefully next week will be better for you weatherwise.

Good morning to all. I’ve been riding since Monday. So good to be on two wheels running errands and commuting to and from work. This morning is SVTC day. Ride safe all.

Hope everybody had a great Easter. I got booked for work, but I was able to watch some online mass.

This Summer, I plan to power wash and re-stain the deck. Honestly, I am not looking forward to it. I'd rather ride.

It felt like Spring over the last three days here in SE Pa. Today we are at 54° and feels like 44°. Crazy roller coaster like temps. For my sanity, I already put away the snow blower.

Your meter looks like it can measure AC and Resistance. From what I can remember and read, measure resistance (usually at 200 Ohms) between the different phases of the stator...Phase 1, 2 and 3 and off course the AC voltage between the wire terminals by which documentation should measure between 40 to 70 volts. Documentation online states to check your manufacturers specs to compare what you get. It is recommended to check the bike's service manual for the correct specs. I've never done it, but just be careful. Best of luck.

Best of luck on your journey towards success. Your skillset is highly desirable and you will never run out of options. I remember talking to a fellow amateur radio operator and he was talking about being certified to fly drones. I really looks to be a lot of fun to fly drones. Take care and hope you get the chance to put some ride in despite your busy schedule.

Hello and Good evening. I've been around, but have been working too much. Over the last two weeks, I've always been called in to work over the weekend and has been steadily busy at work and at home. Most of the time, I am around but was fighting a head cold last week and wasn't up to par. Now, I am much much better and this week is my Spring break vacation. Not really going anywhere...simply working around the house and cleaning up after a harsh winter season. Today and tomorrow, we have contractors replacing all of our old windows so it has been active in the homefront. Great to hear from you and keep in touch with everyone here. I'll be around tomorrow and no riding yet until I get to do my first grass cut. Have a great Tuesday!

Good morning to all! I am going to take a power nap. Enjoy your Friday.

Hi Don. I remember going to your house long time ago and being that close to the great lakes probably has its pros and cons. As far as two beautiful days a week ago, I managed to get a ride in on my RSV. I can't wait to do a safety check on the SVTC and ride to and from work this weekend since I got called in once again to cover for a colleague. Weather next week in our area according to our local weatherman is seasonal in the 50s, so the warm up is not really coming fast enough. Hopefully next week, we hope to hear something from you that you were able to get a ride in on your Harley. Good evening to all.
