you might want to check to make sure that your petcock is set right or that there isn't a blockage at the tank you might also have kinked the line from the tank in your process of movement check your battery t make sure it's up to snuff or you might not get a full pump from each click of the pump

I have added a lot more than 8 194s to my 85, with no issues,,,,, well, not until one line shorted out and then that burned a 'hole' in the CPU. I fixed it with a small wire and solder. Maybe you have the same problem, maybe you have a short and too big a fuse.

finding some way to get the oil to stick to the gear sounds like a wonderful idea possibly drill a couple of divets to the leading face of the gear alternatively also to the rear of the gear just to make sure makes sense either way I like this thread best thoughts in a long time just hope for a lot of you that it makes some difference that whine can be very annoying to say the least

With all you've done I would suggest new wires. Be sure to hang on to the rubber O-rings in the coil caps, they come in handy for sealing water out and keeping the wires in place.

800km so far. I've had it just over a week and it's not been good for riding. 22L of gas got me to the 320km mark,,, so far so good. I love the color. When I step on the brake pedal, it stops, when I jamb the pedal it stops a LOT quicker!!!! When I twist the throttle, I'm outta there,,, now try to catch me! And oh ya,, almost forgot,,,, I like the color.
