FYI, PinWall has a set off a 99 venture. Minor marks but not melted. http://www.ebay.com/itm/99-Yamaha-Royal-Star-Venture-XVZ1300-DEFLECTOR-SET-/311235824213?hash=item487719ca55&vxp=mtr

Let the car warm up to running temp then turn the defroster on with max-heat setting, open the windows and let it run for 5 minutes or so. This helps to dry out much of the condensation gunk that builds up during winter. If the smell persists you can sprinkle a little baking soda into the outer air inlet vent below the windshield but make sure the inlet is real dry. Let the baking soda set in the dry inlet so it can start to absorb, just like in a refrigerator. When it rains or you wash the car it will flush out the soda so no need to do anything else. If you run the A/C or defroster/heater before the soda gets rinsed out you may get a little dusting inside the car.

Brian, The glue on the strips I use is 3m sticky and mine haven't any issues coming loose for the past year plus but, if they ever do come loose I would use 3M's extreme 2 sided tape to reattach. One thing you have to do is make sure the surface is free from any wax and dirt. Another is to install these when it is warm, over 65 degrees or they may not adhere as well. Ed

Thanks SilverT, DanG Spill CHeck Will make the change on the web site. As for these sticking... Not a hallucination, just not looking in the right spot. It's about 10 miles west of Baker CA off I-15

Thanks for the post. I hade a couple of these on Craigslist when selling a trailer where the person was "Out to sea and helping an uncle" and wanted to use PP with an extra few bucks thrown in for the option...BS? I just let them go and never open their emails or make connection again. Wonder if this persons name has a hidden clue in it? "Mr. Weed"

I have received a number of PM's regarding these kits. I will post them in the classified section to help make it easy to review and order. Here is the link to my web site where they can also be purchased. http://www.tourbuddyrsv.com/Accesory-Lighting.html Thanks!

That would be the same road I have in my handle story and as Flyinfool noted in his response.

Just ordered a couple of bottles of eBay and was wondering if the improved wheel balance claims are correct. I will be replacing both tires in a few months and will be putting the Ride On in at that time. My only concern is if using RO is better for initial and retaining tire balance over using wheel weights. SKID, Let us know what you thing as you get more mileage and run into the varying road conditions on this stuff. Thanks!

I have had these on my RSV for about a year and always ride with them on. I also sell these as a kit if anyone is interested.

Simple to set up and easy to store. Nice addition.

On the Revco site they show they still have these in stock

"Oh No!...we didn't did that, couldn't have been us...did you report it to someone before you left?" ALL B.S. and I don't blame you for being upset. People just do not care about others property anymore. Hope it doesn't hurt to bad when you get it repaired.

These look great. Never did them on the grill before, got to try that way. Happy Easter to you and the family.

I had the same issue for a few days after the changes. I deleted the shortcut in my favorites and typed in the site to my browser then saved to favorites again.

If you are still bidding and win it I only live about an hour or so from where this is located and would be glad to go over and pick it up for you and check it over to see if anything is needed so its ready for you to ride it back home. Let me know.

Monty, I picked a Shadow 1100's 2 years ago for my wife but she never road it so I sold it and wish I hadn't. It is a great bike for anyone and is an ease to ride. My suggestion...Go for the bike and have her learn on it so she can ride along with you, not just behind you. There will always be rides to go on but a wife that likes to ride her own bike...not so much. Good luck with the decision. PS: What does the wife want to do?????
