mraf Posted February 28, 2013 Author Share #7 Posted February 28, 2013 Wassa matter Allen??? Things not sunny in downtown Ripley, believe it or not??? Not sunny is putting it lightly. If this town gets any more depressing we'll have to sell it to China just to get some jobs here. Every day feels like the movie Groundhogs Day. We have 4 busnises left, Pizza place, Resturant, Hardware and Bank. Sad state of affairs here. Have to leave town to buy gas anymore. Believe it or not. Hows your area fairing the Empire States rule? reddevilmedic Posted March 1, 2013 Share #19 Posted March 1, 2013 they already have a "sun tax". right, California? as far as New York goes, new legislation only allows them to have 7 suns per year.... anything more than that is an "assault sun":225:
