Too bad about your lift. Have a HF lift going on three years now and never have a problem. use to have a Sears across the street from the HF store and I couldn't tell the difference.

bought a new battery, calls for a 12v 18Ah but the new one is 12v 17.5 Ah. they said it will be fine.

think I need a battery for my Connie. keeps dropping down to 12.1 volts from a full charge of 12.6, no cables connected to batt. take about 3 hours to drop.

Sometimes you just need a new riding partner that's not too young and wants to see what you've seen and feel what you've felt. maybe the old partner will want to rejoin riding to see the thrill of the young ones face and feel why you rode in the first place.

My first regular paying job I sold the Grit newspaper and made five cents a paper was not old enough to get a regular paper route. in the winter I shoveled snow and the summer mowed laws, what I was paid back then I wouldn't get out of the chair for today. First real job was at a gas station pumping gas, cleaning windshields, checking oil and air in the tires. all for .75 an hour. No cars, sweeping the floors, taking out the garbage stocking shelves and I was loving it and had some money in my pocket. Would splurge once a day and spend a dime for a coke and a nickel for a candy bar. living the life of riley. lol

upgraded the home computer to windows 10. Sure is different been having some problems with the home computer so thought I'd try the free upgrade first. seems faster but Have a learning curve .
