had trouble 2 weeks ago brand new fuel pump went bad at 3 or 400 miles. put the old one back in with the points out of the new one, runs like a champ! went rid'n sat, run'n like a champ again, 100 to 150 miles bout home, and she went completely black. no nothin. called friend for rescue, put her in the garage. found main fuse blown. went to put another one in n popped right away without turn'n key on. opened her up, have unplugged everything i can find except under the front fairin. i mean all the connectors i can find. sat n pulled the wires off the starter relay n with a hand full of fuses took big wire off left side of relay, big wire that goes to the starter i believe, put in another fuse n it popped right away. left that wire off n pulled 1 big red wire, another fuse n it popped again. took out small wire underneath big wire n still popped fuse. took out other big wire in the plugin at the starter relay n the fuse didn;t pop. put the other little wire back in and the fuse stays good. try to put either of the 2 big red wires back in and the fuses just pop instantly. anyone got ant ideas, looked at the wiring diagram in a manuel and doesn't show enough wires and where those 2 bigger red ones go. electrical is not my fortay but with a little hep i can usually figure it out. please need a little HEP!!!!!!!

got my first ride in yesterday, 92 miles. felt really good to have the bike under me again. been a long enough winter! all enjoy n be safe out there!!!!!!😊

is that august 16th thru the 20th? gonna call the seasons inn, if they don't have any rooms i will need the number for the comfort inn. really think'n and gonna try to make it! had alot of fun at ascheville last year!🙂

i'm sorry but i won't ride in snow or on salty roads! did that a couple of years ago n had to hall the bike on a trailer to the next town 2 days in a row to the carwash to try n get the salt off of it! never again. may load it up n hall it to warmer weather to ride, but not on salt laiden n gravel on blacktop winter roads! just my opinion!🙃

made it back home last night at 6 o'clock! twas the best time i've had in a long time!!!!!! had a problem with my back tire wed n thursday this week! went away on me very quickly. i do'n't think i got 5 k miles out of it, found a big spot where the cords were show'n threw 2 layers already. maybe had 2k on it when i came down, twas a dunlop 404. took a while but found a guy in greeneville tennessee that really hep'd me out n called n found me a tire, went n got it for me, n put it on right away so we could get back on the road. name of his shop is moto medix in greeneville tn, phone number is 423-823-9343. kandy truly enjoy'd hersef also. said she had never been around such kind n friendly people that had never known someone before yet treated us so nice. had a blast on the rides!!!!! my kinda rid'n. we did alot more of it on sunday threw thursday morn'n, thats when i saw the tire was gone. really got close to vogel, but didn't make it. gonna see what i can do bout mak'n vogel next year! start sav'n my nickels n pennies now!!!! Ha-Ha!!!!! Thanks to all for a great time!!!! twill be good memories!!!!!👍🤗😁

means your running out of gas on the main tank, need to flip it over to reserve and ride another 35 or 40 miles and be look'n for a gas station. i normally have to flip over to reserve at about 150 miles to 170 miles, depending on riding conditions. get anywhere from 35 to 40 miles on reserve.
