  1. That looks like too much fun... No wait, there's no such thing as too much fun. Have a blast riding it! Do they make a trailer hitch for that model?
  2. No, I think that may be us...
  3. Hey Rick, I don't know the area but I want to wish you and Shirley a great ride! T and T
  4. A friend of mine was in Sturgis and took the new Chieftain for a test ride. He was impressed and he doesn't impress easily. I'm now interested.

  9. Yes she did. Great picture Dan
  10. That's my problem too. I curious, what tips are there for rounding a blind corner. My rule of thumb is to not go faster then I can see ahead so I have time to break in case I run across an obstacle etc. in the road. But then I'm a flatlander too...
  11. Canadians? Camping... Does he want a train whistle?
  12. I have sometimers...
  13. Glad you guys made it home safe.
  14. Who knows what that stuff will do to you with prolonged exposure. It may give you a irresistible urge to ride a Harley... Yes, I know that was too easy but I had to go for it.
  15. I wonder how this works in fog or mist? It probable isn't compatible with the OEM windshield.
  16. That's great Phil. I definitely called the wrong Hagon Dealer! The good news is my YSS is so far doing what it is suposed to do. I like it when that happens... Tom
  17. Hey, glad you guys got back OK. It was great meeting you. See ya next year. Tom
  18. Just about a Darwin Award. An honorable mention at least. This may fall under the " chasing parked car" category. Where is this that the speed limit 150 Km's per hour. Someone's insurance rates just went up.
  19. Thanks Gary. And thanks Jay for the video. It did happen fast! Tom
  20. Wow, fantastic video. Thanks for posting it. Terry and I really enjoyed it. T and T
  21. I'm OK either way as I'm in he middle of the continent but it may be an idea to head in a westerly direction. Some things that come to mind are: 1. good riding area and roads 2. Good weather 3. Infrastructure, large enough hotel or motel accommodations with a campground close enough so the campers can join in. We have both camped and taken rooms for internationals. It is hard to leave the rally site and ride back to your bed each night. Whether we camp or get a room usually depends on this. The Hub is the only place that offers both camping and rooms at one site and that was fantastic but I seem to remember that it was a bit hot... Does anyone know of any other sites like this in North America? 4. And a fantastic group of people to organize like this year. Just me 2 cents.
  22. Sounds like fun. Wish I could but I'm too far away. Maybe keep hydrated and keep away from the middle of large hot cities...
  23. Terry and I just rolled in. We went to Dr. Mudspringers before heading out. Only picked up a little safety chrome this time. Nice riding day... and nice to be home. What a great event! Is it too soon to put feelers out for next year?
  24. We were able to take in a Twins game, should be home tomorrow. What everyone said... Fantastic rally, many thanks to all the organizers Tom
  25. Yes, We were behind Jay also. It happened fast. Hope you can get the video up. Tom
