  1. You should use Canadian money Bob. It doesn't even get wet!
  2. We just spent a day on Beale st. Had great time. Stayed in a KOA the first night which I will "not" recommend. The second night we stayed in a hotel off Beale st. Not a huge Elvis fan so we didn't do that. If you like music and the blues, Beale is the place to visit. We ate on Beale and the food was good but not fantastic. We also took a horse drawn carriage which wasn't cheap but fun. We stayed on the main drag and stayed away from back alleys so didn't give anyone any opportunities for problems. Lots of tourists. About 11 to 1130pm we noticed the energy changing with bars closing and people leaving so we left also. That is the same in every big city. The carnivores stay in the shadows and pick out the stragglers from the heard after the heard has moved on. As far as bars go, we did a few and then just bought our drinks at a street vendor and walked up and down street. You can hear most performers from an open window and there was plenty of action on the street. But man, the music was "great"! Good luck and have a great time.
  3. Happy Birthday Bob. Dang just realized I am late. Hope you had a good one.

  5. Gee, wish I could make it. Have a great rally!
  6. Hey Slowrollvw, you gotta have a plan. Jay, what were you thinking?
  7. I needed a new rear tire in Vancouver about 6 weeks ago. The E3 was cupped very badly creating a bad shimmy on low speed turns. The dealer sold me on Ride on with weights. Just came back from the IR so I have approximately 7 to 8 thousand miles on it. So far so good... I put a E2 on the front just before the IR and had dyna beads installed in it. About 4500 miles on it and so far so good also. I think I will now try to hunt down some ride on to put in my trailer tires. That mushroom tire plug kit looks great also. I have used regular plugs in the past and had no problems but a plug blowing out at high speed on a corner would be a nightmare.
