I don't think you will have an issue; I have exceeded your passenger weight on a regular basis, with full saddle bags while pulling a 400-pound trailer. -

I have used JB Weld plastic with success. -
I have always done them in conjunction with something else, but I would say not more than 2-3 hours.

Before my daughter moved out on her own, she would always ask what the next target was and when we were going to go find it? This made for some great memories, thanks for reviving and great pic.

I agree all of these people in warmer climates just rubbing it in. Oh, before I forget, rode up to the lake yesterday and found a great hole in the wall dinner.

Sounds like a great ride, did the Million Dollar Hwy in 2016 would love to go to Sturgis, just not during the Rally, I don't do crowds well.
