I just found the post from Earl regarding the kits not having correct springs and once resolved they will be posted for sale back on-line. I'll keep checking back.

Anyone know if the clutch spring kit for 2nd Gen are still available from Earl? If not what's the next best option?

I read on here about greasing the four bolts in the rear shock swing arm bushings. If I pull these bolts out one at a time and grease, does everything stay in alignment for reassembling? This would be doing it while on side stand.

2000 RSV - I was told the intercom system has never been used on the bike. I'm looking at getting a pair of headsets for wife and I. Not sure what to look for. Are they available kinda like headphones so I don't have to mount into a helmet. Is the plug-in connector a standard connector? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Cruise won't maintain mph

I don't think it's turning off. It just doesn't hold steady speed. I set at 70 and 1/2 mile down road it will be doing 65, a mile further 60..... -
I have 2000 RSV. Tried out the cruise yesterday and when "cruise set" i locks the cruise at about 5 mph slower than what I'm traveling. Then I have to press accel to get up to speed. Then it will only hold that speed for 1/2 mile or so and start slowing down. I can keep pressing accel up but bike won't hold speed on it's own. I this something I can look at fixing myself? or do I need to bring it in?

My brother bought a '95 Kawasaki Voyager last summer. The driver backrest seems "not right". When it's set as far back as it will go, it's so far forward that your butt dosn't even come close to touching the back of the seat. When you adjust forward at all, you're almost sitting on the tank. We were just wondering if anyone might be able to explain. It all looks oem to the bike....

The throttle grip comes off pretty easily. Feels like there could be 1\16" play.

I rode the new to me (used) RSV today and discovered the grips that the guy I bought the bike from are loose. I was riding along and the throttle grip started to turn on the plastic under piece throttle. I thought about using black Permatex silicone to glue on, but not sure that's the best answer. Does anyone else have suggestions?

I just ordered a Clearview XXL clear w/vent for '00 RSV. I looked on another post that showed how to remove windshield. Seems pretty straight forward. I was just wondering if its acually as easy as it looks. Thanks, can't wait to get the new shield.

I just picked up a 2000 RSV and front and rear suspension feel very stiff. I was just courious what others are running for pressures.
