    Horns

If you do both, yes you can use 1 relay for both horns....
  2. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Aussie Annie!!!!!
  3. Well THAT explains it!!! The bike is setting waaaay too low making it hard to get it on the centerstand as well as off. You should have at least 40 psi in the rear. Maybe you have the dreaded blown shock diaphragm... PS oiling the center stand will help out a lot.
  4. Oil the #ell out of it. How much air do you have in the rear shock???

    Why?

Puc, Puc, Puc, have you never seen "Mars Invades?" The correct response is "Ack-Ack, ACKKK!!" Why do you not know this???
  6. OK the TCI, Transistor Controlled Ignition, is most likely at fault. The TCI also controls the Tach via the spark to #2 cylinder. Moisture inside the box is the usual reason for failure. Your best bet is to upgrade to a Ignech replacement module which member Dingy programs to the Venture and sells. He makes no money on this, or very little for the time he spends, and is a lot cheaper than a brand new stock one if you can even find one. It is pretty much plug and play but there is a bit of electrical and mechanical work involved. I'm sure he can provide detailed instructions or maybe some member down near you will volunteer to help...
  7. 10 feet should do you, but to play it safe buy an extra foot or two. That's 3 ft each for the rear plugs and 2 ft for the front...
  8. The big difference will be after 10000 miles they will still be good...
  9. WHY??? Oops, wrong thread...
  10. Well, as long as it is above the rear master so gravity can do it's thing and you can figure out where, then go for it...

    Why?

WHY can't we all just get along???
  12. That is where the stator wires plug in to the harness, but that is a good place to check as well. Of course those same 3 wires appear at the R/R connector...
  13. Unless you have already done it, drain the rear end and replace your differential oil. The oil moves like molasses so let it drain overnight at least... Let us know when you are on the western side of New York state, we'll arrange a M&E!
  14. Lower front fairing, right hand side, mounted upside down, connector on top. No, I don't think the stators are the same, mound different if I remember right. R/R should work, just a matter of finding a space to mount it, and wiring it in...
  15.
  16. Looks more like a joke to me but I suppose in an urban setting... Compared to the $35,000 I now have into my trike, 10K is nothing!!
  17. My thoughts too! Buy a new sidestand switch, it needs replacing anyway...
  18. Bring back the 60's!!! Where's my ZAP comix??
  19. Ya mean like the term government intelligence?!!?
  20. Awww, John T beat me to it!! 1st gen's are heavier on the bottom and 2nd gens are heavier on top...
  21. Is that video also an explanation of how our government works???
  22. What's with the Canadian nickel, Eh???
  23. You could have imitated Richard Rollins and became Venture Monkey...
  24. Good morning! Glad you're OK!!! Yes the crash bars do work!! Damage looks typical for the crash you described, all fixable but I almost guarantee you if you claim it on your insurance they will total it. You will probably find your front fairing frame is a little twisted. Yes, look at the damage to your helmet and think what it would have done to your head had you not been wearing a helmet! I only wear full face myself! For the "Oops" fund just click the donate button. Hope your day improves!!!
