That is just a little campartment on top of the bag. You can't get to the inside unless you open lid.

Does anyone know if the 2012 stock harley mufflers have the cat inside the muffler? Will these work on our RSV or RSTD? Joe

Well went and ordered passing lamp set up for the RSTD with hologen light's OTD $228.88 thought it was a good enough deal. They will be in Thursday or Friday. Joe
