I have a small bottle of touch paint and pen - Yamaha #5019 Dark Bluish Gray. If anyone wants them, they are yours. Someone gave them to me before I sold the bike and now I am giving them to someone else if they need them. The pen was never was used .
Let me know

Even thou I sold my Venture, I still paid the $12 to keep up to date with the group. I have since found a nice used goldwing so am waiting for the borders to be easier to cross to do some nice riding over yonder in Ontario again.
I originally had mine on the right side but changed it to the left side because it seemed to be easier to use it. (like using the zoom feature or to see whats up ahead)
No issues with using my left hand and keeping right hand on throttle.
I owned a 2007 Stratoliner before my Venture. I had no issues with 2up on it and sometimes I wish I still had it .
The Venture is a comfort machine but is a little top heavy.
For cruising I would go with the Venture but just for everyday riding around, the Strat would be my choice.
I decided to sell my 2013 Venture. New owner is very happy with it so now I am looking for anyone interested in the 1984 project bike I have in the shed. It was Bongo Bobs and come with lots of extra parts- Some brand new and some old. Free to any member here.
I thought I would work on it but other things were more important so it sits in the shed. Anyone interested let me know.
Thanks
Ed
I thought this was a Motorcycle forum. Name calling etc is not what I like to read when I look at this . Personal opinions about someone should be kept to yourselves.
My 2 cents.
You have the big axle nut on the left side and the pinch bolt on the right side. Then the axle should slide right out with maybe a little twist back and forth. Should not be a problem. Make sure the pinch bolt is loose or off.
Looking for a rear caliper bracket with the small hole in it to fit over the pin . The bracket I have has the 2 large holes in it. See pictures.
Thanks for any help. I thought I would ask here first before going the Ebay route.
