  1. Those look stock to me. They need to be longer than 7 inches to lower the rear of the bike.
  2. Speaking for myself I certainly would be interested in following your trailer build also there are probably others interested too.
  3. Rick, that is quite an improvement on the rear-end. For the money I probably would spring for a retro T bird with a hard convertible top with heat and a/c.
  4. I wish they would spend some money on the rear-end, just a wheel suspended out there in black out space. At least the Morgan rear-end is part of the body and the wheel is enclosed.
  5. Thanks for solving this age old mystery on here.
  6. Sorry to hear about your accident glad you and yours are recovering well. Deer are my worst nightmare they are so unpredictable. I'm a urban deer hunter, been known to kill them with a 9mm carbine and yes I like deer tenderloin.
  7. Nice looking Evo there good deal. Bet it has a good sound at idle.
  8. Good idea.
  9. Look under the classified here other bikes pm or call me if interested Honda VTX 1800 w/ Side Car frame.
  10. I had an 06 Venture which was lowered front and back a full 1.5". Handling was improved greatly over the factory setup no more weaving back and forth taking off from dead stop or doing a balancing act at low speed going thru parking lots. Also, no effect at 90 to 100 plus mph. with a Dunlop rear tire which came on it or a Kumho C/T that was installed later. I wouldn't have performed this mod. on my bike or anyone else's bike if I hadn't fully tried this mod. out and felt comfortable with it. To lower on the back I used the Baron's Lowering Kit. Front was lowered by sliding the fork tubes up in the triple-tree an 1.5". By leveling the bike and lowering it from factory setting it was like nite and day in handling characteristics.
  11. It will slip thru the wind even faster with Harley mirrors installed.
  12. Try loosening the oil filter to see if oil runs out if it does retighten and start. If no oil runs out do not restart. If oil is present in filter only let idle for a minute too see if knock persist. If there wasn't a knock before you changed oil there shouldn't be one after changing oil.
  13. When she swung a leg across one, she was serious. Would liked too have seen her mount and dismount.
  14. Getting real close too 69 like next month. Still enjoy playing with the curves and yes I enjoy riding too.

  16. Really looks great Boss. Now that you are 99% finished have I got a canvass for you and your creative mind a Honda 1800 VTX. I'm sure we can both work a deal out.
  17. Check out my ad in the classifieds. Have lowered several front and back I also service the rear end as a bonus.

  20. A few weeks ago I traded my Indian Chieftain with a family member. He is also a Auto/Motorcycle Dealer NealKetnerMotors.com very happy with the deal. Anyway, felt like I needed too check out this 2013 Harley Road king put fresh oil, flush brake fluids and clutch fluid M/C. Oh, too my surprise look what I found under the chrome decorative clutch cover. Can this be? Must be a joint venture with Yamaha and Harley. Is it Is it a Yamaha Star Symbol sure looks like? I've always herd they were more Japannise parts than US parts on a Harley. Well, just going too tell all my $40.00 Black Tee Shirt friends about this discovery.
  21. Left hand carbide bits work great for this purpose but they are expensive.
  22. Beautiful bike, I can tell by viewing the pictures it must be a labor of love.
