  1. Physics being what it is and Yamaha rearends being what they are they are relative. With the four mounting bolts loosened align the axle with the swing arm and rearend where there is no drag slideing in and out with little to no resistance. It's really more about mechanics than physics.
  2. Have that salesman let you ride it and put it through its paces make sure it feels right for you. If he wants to sell it he will. Best of luck my friend.
  3. Keep waiting and someone else will make that purchase decision and be smiling all the way down the road. Tricycles are not my cup of tea. I've yet too see one handle as good as a two wheeler in the curves. Just a matter of choice and riding habits.

  5. For what you spend for a tricycle you can get a good sports car that will slide into a corner with a top and a/c to boot. Try sliding into a corner on a tricycle and see how that works.
  6. Rode it liked the curves but I like straight aways too. Need to let the those horses loose every now in then. Not planning on running it again.
  7. New Yahama Venture huh, Have they actually sold all the 2011 Ventures yet? Probably can still find one sitting alone back in a far corner if you want one.

  12. Tip over angle shut-off switch located in goose neck of frame. It probably will shut you down again unless you replace it.

  16. If you don't go the welding route might try liquid steel that is if you have the missing piece. Looks like there is plenty of area around the break to build it up worth a try.
  17. I'm with Yammer Dan on using the Marvel Mystery Oil after the Berry Mans. I put it in my bikes during the winter months to keep rust from forming.

  23. I've also used Berry Mans Chem Tech mixed with Seafoam chase with Marvel Mystery Oil. If that don't work I'm just up the road from you at Lake Norman. Let me know how it works.
