Get a new windshield wiper bottle install in trunk run line (tube) up and the wire for a switch and your set, In the old days I used to know a guy that did that and His wife was always wondering why he was so damn drunk by the time he got to where they were going.... the tube came out just above the side window.

Hey guys I was wondering since I just hooked up my side LED Reflectors and was doing some testing and I thought it would be cool to have them flash also if I ever turned on my flasher switch. I have the side markers tied right into the front blinkers/running/side lights so when I just have the key on (one click) the front and rears are only on. now when I hit the flashers everthing flashes except my side lights? I have my Fairing off all this week and just wanted to find out if I can make this happen:scratchchin:. Boy it's is really nice to have that front side of the bike lit up now. :-) Thanks for any advise. Jeff

As some of you know that I am in the middle of a HO Stator up-grade and today I was prepping the Stator Wires to Solder, But my thought was why did Yamaha place this Connetor in the most DIRTY Weatherd, Oily, Messy Spot on the bike ?.. I just can not get over how much grime and dirt was ON and IN the Connector when I cut it off. There is no way I would ever put a conneter back into that spot agian... If I knew this in the past I would have already got rid of the connector on the stock stator and hard wired it. what a MESS. This has to wreck havic on the charging system I would think. maybe Goose can chime in about this? I also am replacing the R/R as well and that connect was also very dirty. not as bad though. Jeff

Just checked on the mud flap post.. and if I hit the (paper clip) I just see all the images that I had already placed, but no option to add more to it , I see that I can delete. maybe I am hitting the wrong button at the top As you know I have done this a few times but never really have gone back to change a photo or add yet.. must be doing it worng I guess

My JP Cycles LED Front Fork Install
Cougar replied to Cougar's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
Yes they do, But the bike is triked now LOL and I had to remove them. never did the fronts and I have had these parts for 2 years now. decided to make use of them. had to think how I was going to protect those wires, took 2 years to figure it out.. the hose looks like it belongs there now. There pretty darn bright. -
Drill the middle hole of the flap to go over the pin Also remove in that same area the rest of the backing inside the fender tip. Trim the top away until your happy I use a little goop as well (love the stuff) LOL and I also used the clamps to help push the flap tighter agienst the fender I also has to drill the hole on each side just a little bit to get the bolt back through. Enjoy, Jeff
