  7. Placed the fusebox behind the battery. Here are the pics. Looks pretty good.
  8. Man oh Man!!! I sure wouldn't handle crap like that well. Conversation should go like "You misrepresented your product, you stole my money.. You have about 5 seconds to cut me a check or........:buttkick: Good luck man.
  9. Have a few skills Have been in the IT biz for about 20 years. During the day I am the network and security architect for a 800 person company in the city. In the evening and weekends I run my own business that designs and manages networks and also runs external security audits. It has been a real love/hate relationship with computers over the last 20 years but I make a good living and I can make payments on that new 09 Venture I have in the garage. :smash2::mo money:
  10. Thanks Everyone Gives me food for thought. My trailer wiring came today so I have to quit procrastinating and start the wiring. Will post some pics when I am finished.
  11. Am stumped I am trying to find a place to mount a fuse block on my 09 RSV. I had originally purchased a Blue Sea fuse block but it was way too big to put under the drivers seat. I then purchased a smaller unit from Centech which is an AP-2. It is smaller and has some great features but I still cannot find a proper mounting space. It can be jammed in behind the battery but it will rub and I don't feel comfortable with that. Am looking for ideas.. Where have you place a fuse box on your bike? Thanks,
  12. Quit just over 6 years ago. Smoked for 25 years. Took the patch and a very big jar of candies. Now I am working on the 50 lbs I gained. Will take the extra lbs over smoking any day.
  13. I am also a Zumo 550 user with GPS. Great on the bike and swaps over to the truck when I cannot play on the bike. Don't think you will be sorry with the Zumo. No experience with the TomTom.
  14. Had the same issue with a growl in the rear. Complained and they fixed under warranty. I was actually quite concerned that a bike with 4000 klm would sound like the back end was falling apart. The service manager brought up the service ticket from Yamaha detailing the issue and the fix... I would make some noise. Good Luck..
