    It is a two piece king/queen + backrest - it's not the pillow seat.

    Question for the board. I have the oportunity to purchase an original style seat for my 2003 Midnight Venture. I currently have the corbin seat (came with the bike). What would be a fair and reasonable price for this seat. It appears to be in excelent condition.

    Thanks folks, Appreciate the help. Hi Pegscraper, lowering my RSV, had the back end done a few days ago but found the bike stands up pretty straight. Going to do the front and figure no way it will stay up with the original. Thought about cutting and re-welding. think I'll take the easy way out and order a stand for a early model RSTD. Hope the top end of the stand is the same set up.

    Hi Folks, Do any of you have the length for the side stand on your RSTD. I've heard it is shorter by a few inches than the RSV. If it is could you pass on the length. Thanks in advance Johnny.

    Thanks again for the info. Someone posted that the RSTD side stand was a quite a bit shorter than the RSV's. If this is true I would like to get the length and maybe order one from the dealer. Can't see why the mounting would be different????????? Johnny

    Someone posted a thread about changing the side stand if you lower "both" the front and rear. Can't seem to find it again. Someone said the stand from an older RSTD would work fine and listed the length(s). If anybody has made this mod could you please post the info. Thanks in advance.

    But I was thinking along the lines of a permanent onboard suspension pump. Any ideas would be appreciated. Being "reallllllly" stubby in the leg dept., I run the shock empty and have put in the lowering kit. But I was thinking of adding a perminent pump like the 1st gens or Goldwings for when wifey gets on the back.

    Has anyone added an air pump to the 2nd gen yet? If so what brand of pump and where did you locate it? Thanks in advance.

    Thanks folks. Took a look around the tank didn't see/feel anything. Will lift tank on week-end. P.S. Any chance it's inside the fairing? Hope not.

    I know this is a dumb question but..... I bought a bike that runs great etc, but doesn't have a helmet connector. Looked under the plastic housing at the gas cap, nothing there. Where should I be looking for the cable? Thanks in advance.
