Finally heard from his brother, seems doctors took more tests today and confirmed his lungs are working at only 2% and wants all family members up to hospital tomorrow for a meeting. His brother didn't know why they wanted another family meeting.

Tonight I had to go say goodbye to a friend of 50+ years because he his going to die tomorrow. Tomorrow they will fill him up with morphine and unplug him from everything keeping him alive, they don't give him any chance of surviving and he will choke to death because he cannot breath on his own. His brain works fine and understands what is happening tomorrow but he cannot talk but just nod his head. I just don't know if I said the right things. I hope my children never have to see me like that or have to make "that" choice. I told him to dream about riding and gave me a thumbs up. Just hope I said the right things.

If you like sunrises and sunsets take a ride up to Harbor Beach sometime. You can see the sun come up and then spend most of the day leisurely riding 25 around the tip of the thumb stopping in Port Hope, Grindstone, Port Austin, Port Crescent State Park, Caseville, Bay Port and Sebewaing to see the sunset. Not a lot of miles but a lot of things to see and do if you take your time. There is always Bad Axe to visit also. In the summer Caseville always has something going on. The Cheeseburger festival in Caseville is quite unique as is the Bay Port fish festival. Not far to go but some good riding.

If you fill the brake reservoir to the top the brakes will lock up. When I first got the 83VR and got it in riding condition every test drive they would lock so I carried a bleeder wrench so I could get back. Got on this site and was informed about the "fill to the top problem" and no more lock up. Same thing with the clutch reservoir.

, Well it is him and a Brewery and his BIKE. LOL . Not quite in the spirit of the game though I would think, but funny. Up to Joe I would say, but gave me a good laugh.

Guntersville is where I have been trying to move to for the last five years if I can ever get my money right. Was looking at houses there in 2006 and should of went then. Love the area and the people.

An old Indian chief sat in his teepee on the reservation, smoking a ceremonial pipe and eyeing two U. S. government officials sent to interview him. "Chief Two Eagles" asked one official, "You have observed the white man for 90 years. You've seen his wars and his technological advances. You've seen his progress, and the damage he's done." The Chief nodded in agreement. the official continued, "Considering all these events, in your opinion, where did the white man go wrong?" The Chief stared at the government officials for over a minute and then calmly replied: "When white man found the land, Indians were running it. No taxes, No debt, Plenty buffalo. Plenty beaver. Women did all the work, Medicine man free. Indian man spent all day hunting and fishing, all night having sex." . . . . Then the chief leaned back and smiled.... "Only white man dumb enough to think he could improve system like that."

Michigan's Memorial Ride for Gunboat August 31st

I don't have a bike to ride this year but when you decide where and when you will stop to eat I will meet you there. -
On the North shore of Manitoulin Island is Little Current and just before you cross the swing bridge there is a little "trailer" stand that sells some of the best smoked fish I have ever had. It's been 6 years since I was up there but that fish was good. You buy it at the window and eat at their picnic tables. Swing Bridge on Highway 6 This bridge was built in 1913 originally as a rail bridge at the narrowest point of the North Channel.. It had to manually opened by eight men, taking 20 minutes. It is now opened for boats (on the hour) using a gasoline engine. Over 3000 boats a year pass under the bridge.

Due to a power outage, only one paramedic responded to the call of a mother in labor. The house was very dark so the paramedic asked Kathleen, a three-year-old toddler, to hold a flashlight high over her mommy so he could see while he helped deliver the baby. Very diligently, Kathleen did as she was asked. Mommy pushed and pushed and, after a little while, baby Connor was born. The paramedic lifted him by his little feet and spanked him on his bottom. Connor began to cry. The paramedic then thanked Kathleen for her help and asked the wide-eyed girl what she thought about what she had just witnessed. Kathleen quickly responded, “He shouldn't have crawled in there in the first place. . .smack his butt again!”

I use Microsoft streets and trips and it does what you are asking. Just like M61A1MECH said I don't believe you can do it on line you need to buy it. It does have a lot of great features for planing trips.
